The best PhantomBuster alternative depends on the Phantom you ran most, so the seven tools compared here are sorted by the job they take over. To scrape platforms other than LinkedIn, Apify. To export Sales Navigator searches with verified emails, Evaboot, from $9 a month. To enrich lists from 150+ data providers, Clay. To send LinkedIn invitations and messages on a budget, Waalaxy; with email in every plan, Dripify; with a dedicated IP per account, Expandi. To have LinkedIn buying signals found, checked by AI and messaged in one tool, Sendable. Stay with PhantomBuster if you chain many small automations across platforms: one plan covers unlimited users.
Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the seven tools below. It sits where the stated ordering rule puts it, last, not first. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own site, checked on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.
My verdict: PhantomBuster is a toolbox, and most people looking at PhantomBuster alternatives need one tool for the one job they used it for, priced without an execution-hour meter. Name that job first, then read only its section.
What PhantomBuster does, and what it costs in November 2026
PhantomBuster is a cloud platform for data extraction and lead generation. Its homepage headline reads "Warm Leads. Every Day.", and it says it has had "2.5M+ satisfied users since 2016". It does three things, in its own words:
- Find: "Scan and extract live data from 15+ platforms", LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, X, Instagram, Facebook and Slack among them.
- Enrich: "Segment and enrich lists with 1,000+ live data points", with AI Phantoms that "score and segment your leads".
- Send: "trigger outreach flows including DMs, connection requests, likes, or event invites".
Two words carry the whole product. A Phantom is, per its FAQ, an individual automation: "Each Phantom performs one task, such as extracting LinkedIn profiles, enriching contacts with email data, or exporting leads to a CRM." A Workflow is a ready-made chain of Phantoms, for example "finding people who engaged with a LinkedIn post, collecting their profiles, and exporting them to your CRM."

Plans from its pricing page, checked on November 3, 2026, as shown to a visitor in the United States:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Automation slots | Execution time | Email credits | AI credits | URL finder credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | Free, 14 days | n/a | 5 | 2 hours | 50 | 1,000 | 100 |
| Start | $69 | $56 a month ($672) | 5 | 20 h a month | 500 a month | 10,000 | 1,000 a month |
| Grow | $159 | $128 a month ($1,536) | 15 | 80 h a month | 2,500 a month | 30,000 | 10,000 a month |
| Scale | $439 | $352 a month ($4,224) | 50 | 300 h a month | 10,000 a month | 90,000 | 20,000 a month |
Every plan includes unlimited users, the MCP server, the Chrome extension, LinkedIn outreach campaigns, lead warming, AI filtering and writing, and the connection of several accounts. The trial needs no credit card, but its exports are "limited to 10 rows".
Execution time is "the total monthly time your automations can run", consumed "while Phantoms are actively working". Slots are "the number of automations you can run at the same time". When the hours run out: "Your automations will pause until your execution time resets or you upgrade your plan. No overage charges are applied automatically."
A note on stale numbers. Several pages that rank for this query quote $56, $128 and $352 as the monthly price: those are the yearly-billing rates. One describes a free plan with 30 minutes a month; the pricing page now shows a 14-day trial instead. Another calls it "just data automation", while its pricing page lists LinkedIn outreach campaigns in every plan. And PhantomBuster's own alternatives page, from July 2026, still lists Trigify, which shut down on October 22, 2026.
Why do people look for a PhantomBuster alternative?
PhantomBuster has loyal users: a Trustpilot reviewer wrote on October 20, 2026 that "they were the only platform that could actually do what I wanted." People leave over five things, each documented by the vendor itself or by its reviewers.
- Five meters on one budget. Each plan caps slots, execution hours, email credits, AI credits and URL finder credits. You cannot tell in advance how many leads $69 buys, because a Phantom uses hours for as long as it runs. The upside is real, no surprise bill; the downside is a workflow that stops mid-month until the reset or an upgrade.
- You build and pace the chain. A Phantom does one task, so a prospecting flow is several Phantoms that you schedule, connect and repair. Its rate limits page says the recommended limits "only apply to one automation" and asks you to divide them "by the number of automations you're running", then to "space out your automations' launches to stop LinkedIn from spotting 'bot behavior.'" Pacing several Phantoms on one account is your job.
- LinkedIn warnings. The same page says exceeding limits "can trigger warnings, temporary restrictions, or account flags". A verified reviewer wrote on Trustpilot on January 31, 2026 that they "kept under their recommended daily limit (enriching 60 records rather than 80), and LinkedIn kicked me out and warned me to stop after 50 records". PhantomBuster replied that "every account is different". This risk is not specific to PhantomBuster: every tool on this page acts on LinkedIn.
- Reliability and support. On Trustpilot it rates 3.4 out of 5 from 114 reviews, 11 of them in the last 12 months. In June 2026 a user wrote: "Horrible Support that takes days to respond." In July 2026 another said a company URL feature "produced data that was absolute nonsense", then updated the review: after a second contact, the company "issued a refund". The company replies to 85% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours.
- A trial that exports 10 rows. The free trial gives 2 hours of execution, and its exports are limited to 10 rows. A reviewer wrote in February 2026: "Free trial doesn't even work properly". You judge the output on a sample before paying.
With 114 reviews, read reasons 4 and 5 as risks to test, not verdicts.
The 7 PhantomBuster alternatives compared at a glance
Prices checked on November 3, 2026, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency, as shown to a visitor in the United States. Sendable bills in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66.
| Tool | PhantomBuster job it replaces | Billed per | Entry price, monthly | Platforms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PhantomBuster (reference) | Find, enrich, send | Plan: slots, hours, credits | $69 (Start) | 15+, LinkedIn included | Many small automations across platforms, for a team |
| Apify | Find | Platform usage, per result | $0 (Free), then $19 + usage | Any website, 108,508 Actors | Scraping beyond LinkedIn, or with your own code |
| Evaboot | Find (Sales Navigator) and emails | Credit, one per lead exported | $9 for 100 leads | Sales Navigator | Sales Navigator exports with verified emails |
| Clay | Enrich | Actions and data credits | $0 (Free), then $185 | 150+ data providers, the web | Enriching and scoring lists from many sources |
| Waalaxy | Send | User | $19 (Pro) | LinkedIn, email on Business | One person starting outreach |
| Dripify | Send | User | $79 (Pro) | LinkedIn and email | Drips with email, post engagers included |
| Expandi | Send | Seat | $99 (Business) | LinkedIn, email follow-ups | Account safety: dedicated IP and automatic warm-up |
| Sendable | Find, qualify and send, on LinkedIn | Account | €59 (about $66) | Buying signals checked by AI, then the LinkedIn sequence |
The question that sorts you: did you use PhantomBuster to collect data that another tool used, or to reach people on LinkedIn? Apify, Evaboot and Clay replace the first; Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi and Sendable the second. Tools that collect and enrich LinkedIn data, Evaboot, Kaspr and Lusha among them, are ranked in LinkedIn prospecting software.
Which Phantom each alternative replaces
The Phantom names are PhantomBuster's own, from its rate limits page. A tool named in the last column documents that job on its own site on November 3, 2026; a tool left out of a row does not document it, which does not prove it cannot.
| What you ran in PhantomBuster | Phantoms | Alternatives on this page that document it |
|---|---|---|
| Export a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search | LinkedIn Search Export, Sales Navigator Search Export, Sales Navigator List Export | Evaboot (Sales Navigator, with a verified email per lead); Waalaxy and Dripify import a search into a campaign; Apify through third-party LinkedIn search Actors |
| Collect the people who reacted to or commented on a post | LinkedIn Post Likers Export, LinkedIn Post Commenters Export | Sendable (up to 10 posts, or every post of up to 10 profiles or company pages); Dripify (3,000 likes or 500 comments per list); Waalaxy; Expandi |
| Scrape profiles, companies or employees | LinkedIn Profile Scraper, LinkedIn Company Scraper | Apify (third-party Actors); Clay (150+ data providers) |
| Find work emails | Email credits on every plan | Evaboot; Clay; Dripify (100 credits a month); Waalaxy (25 a month on Pro); Sendable (through your own FullEnrich account) |
| Send invitations and messages | LinkedIn Auto Connect, LinkedIn Message Sender | Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi, Sendable |
| Visit profiles, like posts | LinkedIn Profile Visitor, LinkedIn Auto Liker | Sendable (Visit profile and Like last post steps); Expandi ("Engaging Actions Between Follow-ups") |
| Invite people to a LinkedIn event | LinkedIn Event Inviter | Expandi (its daily limits cover event invites) |
| Scrape Instagram, X, Facebook or YouTube | PhantomBuster's automations for those platforms | Apify only |
| Comment, endorse skills, message group members | LinkedIn Auto Commenter, Auto Endorser, Group Member Message Sender | None of the seven documents it |
Two rows have no replacement among the LinkedIn tools: other platforms, where only Apify fits, and the commenting, endorsing and group messaging Phantoms. If those are your daily work, staying is the honest answer.
How I picked and ordered these tools
Three conditions, applied to every candidate:
- At least three of the five pages that rank for "phantombuster alternative" name it. On November 3, 2026, I read PhantomBuster's own alternatives page and those of Salesforge, Valley, Waalaxy and Gojiberry. Expandi is named by all five, Dripify and Evaboot by four, Apify, Clay and Waalaxy by three. Sendable is in because I build it.
- Its price is public on its own site, checked on November 3, 2026.
- It takes over at least one PhantomBuster job: finding, enriching or sending.
Named by two of those pages, and not compared here: Apollo, HeyReach, La Growth Machine, Dux-Soup, Kaspr, Wiza and Octoparse. HeyReach and La Growth Machine are compared in the HeyReach alternatives guide.
The order is mechanical. PhantomBuster's homepage describes three steps: find, enrich, send. The tools follow those steps, each placed by the step its pricing page sells first, and the tool that sells all three on LinkedIn comes after them. Inside a step, the cheapest public monthly price comes first. That gives Apify, Evaboot, Clay, Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi, then Sendable.
How the facts were gathered: I read each pricing page in a browser on November 3, 2026, from the United States, on monthly billing unless stated, plus the help pages and blog posts linked in each section. Review quotes come from Trustpilot, read the same day. I did not run a paid account on the seven tools: every fact below is what the vendor documents, and Sendable's were checked in its code.
The LinkedIn automation alternatives hub gathers this page and the eight other alternatives pages, with who should leave each tool and why.
1. Apify

Apify is the closest match to PhantomBuster's model: a marketplace of ready-made scrapers, called Actors, that run in the cloud, plus your own code. Its store lists 108,508 Actors, among them an Instagram Scraper, a Google Maps Scraper, a YouTube Scraper and an X scraper. The LinkedIn Actors it lists first are published by independent developers, not by Apify, and their descriptions say "No cookies or account required": they scrape public profiles, profile searches and company employees without your LinkedIn session.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): "Flexible plan + pay as you go". Free at $0, with "$5 to spend in Apify Store or on your own Actors" and no credit card. Starter at $19 a month plus usage ($17 on annual billing), Scale at $199 ($179), Business at $999. Each Actor sets its own price, per event or per usage; the page's example is the Instagram Scraper at "$2.30 for 1,000 results".
Best for: the PhantomBuster users who scraped Instagram, X, YouTube or Google Maps, and developers who want to write their own scraper.
Limits: no outreach, and each Actor is a different product with its own price, author and quality: "Costs vary by Actor run", in the page's own words.
2. Evaboot

Evaboot replaces one Phantom very well: Sales Navigator Search Export. It exports your Sales Navigator searches and lists, cleans them, and finds an email for every lead: "1 lead exported = 1 credit, and its verified email is included." Every plan includes the email finder and verifier, LinkedIn URL enrichment, CRM and webhooks, an API and an MCP, unlimited seats and unlimited Sales Navigator accounts.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Starter at $9 a month for 100 credits, Grow at $29 for 400, Scale at $49 for 1,000, Enterprise on request. "Unused credits will roll over to the next billing period as long as you have an active subscription." The pricing page shows no free trial.
Best for: PhantomBuster users whose main Phantom was the Sales Navigator export, followed by an email search. At $49 for 1,000 leads with verified emails, a lead costs about 5 cents.
Limits: "you need an active Sales Navigator seat", one search exports "Up to 2,500 leads, or 1,000 companies", a lead without an email "still costs 1 credit", it finds no phone numbers, and it sends nothing.
3. Clay

Clay replaces the enrich step. It is a table in which each column calls a data source or an AI: it can "Find and enrich data from 150+ providers", "Run multi-provider waterfalls" (try one provider, then the next until a field is found) and research the web with Claygent, its AI agent. Launch adds phone numbers, job change and other signals, and sending emails "via Clay or integrations"; Growth adds CRM sync, any HTTP API and webhooks.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Free with 500 actions and 100 data credits a month, up to 200 rows per table, unlimited seats. Launch at $185 a month (15,000 actions and 2,500 data credits), Growth at $495, or $167 and $446 a month on annual billing. Enterprise on request. 14-day trial.
Best for: teams that used PhantomBuster to build and enrich lists, and want more data sources and AI scoring in one table.
Limits: it sends no invitation or message on LinkedIn, and it has the same learning curve as PhantomBuster: you build and maintain the workflow yourself, column by column. Launch costs $185 a month, against $69 for PhantomBuster Start. Eight Clay alternatives are sorted by the Clay jobs they take over.
4. Waalaxy

Waalaxy says it is "Trusted by 200,000+ sales reps, founders, and teams" and is the cheapest way to replace Auto Connect and Message Sender. It runs prebuilt LinkedIn sequences with automated follow-ups, imports from "LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite" searches and CSV files, and its help center explains how to import people who reacted or commented on a post, one or the other per import. Advanced adds an API and Make, Zapier and n8n modules; Business adds cold email.
Price (checked November 3, 2026), as shown to a visitor in the United States: Pro at $19 per user a month (300 invitations a month, 25 email finder credits), Advanced $39 (800 invitations), Business $69 (cold email, 500 email finder credits), or $16, $32 and $55 billed yearly. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on. 14-day free trial.
Best for: a founder or a freelancer with one account who sent invitations and messages through PhantomBuster.
Limits: Pro caps invitations at 300 a month, the inbox costs extra, and it covers only LinkedIn and email. Its own replacements are priced at their real cost in Waalaxy alternatives.
5. Dripify

Dripify is a cloud sequencer for LinkedIn and email that replaces three Phantoms at once: Auto Connect, Message Sender and the post likers export. Its help center describes leads from a LinkedIn post (May 27, 2026): up to "3,000 leads from likes" or "500 leads from comments" per list, with an Evergreen mode that keeps collecting new ones. It also imports searches from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator (up to 2,475 profiles) or Recruiter, LinkedIn events and CSV files. Every plan includes email sequences, 100 email finder credits a month, a dedicated inbox, HubSpot, an open API and an MCP server.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Pro at $79 per user a month and Advanced at $99, or $59 and $79 billed annually. Enterprise on request. 7-day free trial, no credit card.
Best for: one person or a small team that wants post engagers, invitations and email in one sequence.
Limits: priced per user, so each extra account is another $79, and team management starts on Advanced. If Dripify is the tool you would leave next, the Dripify alternatives guide compares seven others.
6. Expandi

Expandi answers the safety half of the PhantomBuster question. Each seat gets a "Dedicated country-based IP-address" and a "Profile Auto Warm-up", with limit ranges on "connections, messages, InMails, event invites". Sequences mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups, with if/action logic and 10 campaign types. Its July 14, 2026 guide to post engagement outreach describes a Signals feature that "captures every post engager by URL, filters them to your ICP, then runs an automatic message sequence".
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day free trial. Agency, for "10+ teams or seeking a white-label solution", is on a call.
Best for: PhantomBuster users who got a warning and want the warm-up and one IP per account handled.
Limits: the highest entry price of the senders here, and no channel beyond LinkedIn and email. The tools that replace Expandi are compared on their own page.
7. Sendable

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.
Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach, packages the find, qualify and send steps into one flow. Instead of chaining Phantoms, you start a signal, describe your ideal customer in plain words, and build the sequence. The LinkedIn keyword tracker guide shows one signal end to end.
What it does, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:
- 14 LinkedIn signals. Job postings, job changes, people active on LinkedIn, reactions and comments on up to 10 posts you pick, engagement on the posts of up to 10 profiles or company pages, keyword posts, poll voters, profile viewers, your followers, the followers of a company page you manage, newsletter subscribers, event attendees, 1st-degree connections and people you may know. A CSV import is the sixteenth source.
- AI qualification with a reason. Each profile a signal finds is checked against your ideal customer; matches are kept with the reason, the others are dropped.
- The sequence. Steps to visit a profile, send an invitation, send a message, like the last post, withdraw an invitation, wait for an accepted invitation, branch on a field, and find an email or phone number through your own FullEnrich account.
- Replies in the team inbox. Each connected account's conversations sync in, read one account at a time; a reply stops the lead's sequences, and an AI marks interested replies.
- No double contact. Exclusions for people "Already contacted", "Already in your inbox", "Already connected" or already in your CRM, plus a team blacklist.
- Exports and integrations. CSV export of leads, HubSpot and Attio sync (Pipedrive in beta), Slack alerts and an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): €59 a month per connected account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers. Each account includes 500 credits a month, one credit per lead the AI keeps; profiles it rejects, CSV imports and every campaign step cost none. Each team runs up to 5 signals at once. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one LinkedIn account and 3 signals. Details on the pricing page.
On price, it depends on the number of accounts. For one account, €59 sits next to PhantomBuster Start's $69. For three, PhantomBuster Start still costs $69 if 20 hours and 5 slots cover the work, while Sendable costs €177 (about $198). The case for Sendable is not the price per hour; it is that the signal, the AI check and the sequence are one setup, with nothing to chain or schedule.
Best for: founders, sales teams and agencies who used PhantomBuster to export post engagers or other activity, filter them and send invitations, and would rather maintain one flow than a chain of Phantoms. Sendable's case studies give the numbers of four companies.
Limits: LinkedIn only, no search export, no public API. The full list is below.
