LinkedIn Automation Alternatives: Who Should Leave Which Tool

Summarize this article with AI

TL;DR

  • This hub gathers nine alternatives pages (HeyReach, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Waalaxy, Expandi, La Growth Machine, Clay, Trigify, Gojiberry) and the LinkedIn automation tools ranking, with every price opened again on each vendor's site on November 3, 2026.
  • Waalaxy Pro is the cheapest LinkedIn seat at $19 a user a month; Dripify ($79), Expandi ($99), La Growth Machine (from €60) and Gojiberry ($99) put LinkedIn and email in one sequence; HeyReach runs 25 senders for $999 a month.
  • Clay builds and enriches lists without sending on LinkedIn, PhantomBuster scrapes 15+ platforms and sends simple LinkedIn actions, and Trigify closed on October 22, 2026.
  • Sendable finds people from 14 LinkedIn signals and checks each one against your ideal customer with AI, for €59 per account; it sends no email and lands between second and last on the pages below.
  • Leave a tool for the one thing it does not do for you: no alternative here removes the risk LinkedIn puts on automation.
On this page

Each of these LinkedIn automation alternatives pages answers one question: should you leave this tool, and for what? The short answer, checked on November 3, 2026: leave Waalaxy when you need email and an inbox in the price, Dripify for more accounts or more channels, Expandi when $99 a seat is the problem, HeyReach when your agency needs the leads found, La Growth Machine when your campaigns were mostly LinkedIn, PhantomBuster or Clay when one job is all you used, and Gojiberry to write your own sequence. Trigify users have no choice: it closed.

Full disclosure: I build Sendable, which appears on every page below. It ranks first on none of them: second of nine on the Gojiberry page, last on three. Every price in this hub was opened again on the vendor's own site on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.

My verdict: leave a LinkedIn tool for the one thing it does not do, not for its price alone. The sending is close to identical from one tool to the next, and none of them removes the restriction risk that comes with automating a LinkedIn account. What differs is where the people come from, whether email sits in the same sequence, and how the bill grows with accounts.

LinkedIn automation alternatives at a glance

Prices opened on each vendor's pricing page on November 3, 2026, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency, as shown to a visitor in the United States. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of that day (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66 and €60 about $67. The tools are grouped by the job they do, and sorted alphabetically inside a group.

Sources, all opened on November 3, 2026: the pricing pages of Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, La Growth Machine, Waalaxy, Clay and PhantomBuster; Gojiberry's homepage and pricing article; Trigify's notice; and each vendor's homepage for the lead sources.

Read the table by the column that matches your reason for leaving. On price, no tool here sells a LinkedIn seat for less than Waalaxy Pro at $19, Sendable included at about $66. On channels, Dripify, Expandi, La Growth Machine and Gojiberry put email in the same sequence, which Sendable does not do. On volume, HeyReach's Agency plan works out at about $40 a sender for 25 senders. And for data, Clay's 150+ sources are in another league from every sender on this list.

Who should leave each tool, and where to go

One line per page: who should look elsewhere, why, and when staying is the better call. Each page then compares 7 to 9 alternatives with a ranking rule stated before the list.

Dripify alternatives

Look elsewhere if you need 10 accounts or more on one bill, calls and one inbox for every channel, or a lower price: Dripify now starts at $79 a seat (Pro), since the $59 Basic plan it listed on October 3, 2026 is gone. Stay if one LinkedIn and email drip per seat is the whole job. Seven tools priced per seat, from 1 to 25 accounts.

Expandi alternatives

Look elsewhere if $99 a seat is the problem: the Expandi page found four tools that document all four of Expandi's own criteria (dedicated IP, branching, signal triggers, workspaces): Dripify, Skylead, La Growth Machine and Meet Alfred. Stay if its dedicated IP and automatic warm-up already keep your accounts running. Seven tools scored on Expandi's own criteria.

HeyReach alternatives

Look elsewhere if your agency needs the leads found, or email in the same seat: HeyReach rotates sending across accounts and merges replies in one inbox, but it imports its lists from Sales Navigator, Clay or a CRM and sends email through Instantly or Smartlead. Stay if you send to lists you build: 25 senders cost $999 a month. Eight tools for agencies, priced at 5 to 50 accounts.

La Growth Machine alternatives

Look elsewhere if your campaigns were mostly LinkedIn, or you pay €120 an identity (Pro) for calls, the shared inbox and intent signals you rarely use; Basic, at €60, has none of the three. Stay if one sender needs LinkedIn, email, calls and X in one sequence and one inbox. Eight tools compared on the channels they run.

Waalaxy alternatives

Look elsewhere if you need email and an inbox in the price: Waalaxy is the cheapest seat at $19 (Pro), but email starts on Business at $69 and its LinkedIn Inbox is a €20 a month add-on after 500 free conversations. Stay if 800 invitations a month at $39 (Advanced) is all you send. Seven tools at their real cost, inbox and email included.

Clay alternatives

Look elsewhere if you want the LinkedIn message sent too, or if Launch, $185 a month for 15,000 actions and 2,500 data credits, is more workshop than you use: Clay builds and enriches the list but sends no LinkedIn invitation. Stay if you run multi-provider enrichment and Claygent research. Eight tools scored on the five Clay prospecting jobs.

PhantomBuster alternatives

Look elsewhere if you used one Phantom for one job and the execution time runs out: Start, $69 a month, gives 5 automation slots and 20 hours a month. Stay if you chain many automations across 15+ platforms for a team: every plan includes unlimited users. Seven tools sorted by the Phantom they replace.

Gojiberry alternatives

Look elsewhere if you want to write your own sequence, stay on LinkedIn only, or add teammates: Gojiberry's AI agent writes and sends for you, and each extra organization member costs $99 a month. Stay if one person wants an agent on LinkedIn and email: $99 a month covers 2 LinkedIn senders. Nine signal-based and classic LinkedIn tools.

Trigify alternatives

Everyone has to look elsewhere: Trigify closed for most customers on October 22, 2026, after its team joined HubSpot, and its FAQ says "Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot." Pick the replacement by the job you used it for: the engagement feed alone, or the feed plus the LinkedIn outreach. Nine replacements sorted by the Trigify job they take over.

Not leaving a specific tool?

Start with the category: LinkedIn automation tools scores 11 tools on four checks (runs in the cloud, keeps adding people, one inbox included, email in the sequence), with prices checked on October 29, 2026. Six pass all four.

What changed in the prices, checked November 3, 2026

Opening every pricing page again for this hub turned up four things that a comparison written a month ago gets wrong.

  1. Dripify dropped its Basic plan. On October 3, 2026, its pricing page listed Basic at $59 a month ($39 billed yearly). On November 3, it lists Pro at $79, Advanced at $99 and Enterprise on request.
  2. Trigify is closed. Access ended at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026, for customers on the standard notice period, and accounts were not moved to HubSpot.
  3. PhantomBuster and Clay show yearly rates first. PhantomBuster's page opens on annual billing, $56, $128 and $352 a month against $69, $159 and $439 billed monthly. Clay's plan cards show $167 and $446 a month, while its FAQ gives Launch "starting at $185/mo" and Growth "starting at $495/mo": the card figures are the yearly rates, 10% lower.
  4. Waalaxy's price depends on where you look from. A visitor in the United States sees Advanced at $39 a month; the same plan costs €49 in euros. Its LinkedIn Inbox stays a €20 a month add-on on every plan.

A page that quotes the card price as the monthly price, or Dripify's old Basic plan as the entry price, understates the cost by $13 to $87 a month.

Where Sendable falls short

Since I build Sendable, here is who should look elsewhere than Sendable, in plain terms:

  • No email. A sequence can find a lead's email or phone through your own FullEnrich account, but it cannot send an email. Dripify, Expandi, La Growth Machine and Gojiberry can.
  • The AI does not write your messages. It checks each person a signal finds against your ideal customer and gives a one-sentence reason; you write the sequence. Gojiberry's agent writes it for you.
  • It costs more per seat than the cheapest senders. €59 (about $66) a LinkedIn account against $19 for Waalaxy Pro, and €1,475 for 25 accounts against $999 for HeyReach Agency. Teammates are free: "Inviting is free: only LinkedIn accounts use seats."
  • No white label. An agency cannot put its own brand on it for clients; Expandi's Agency plan offers it.
  • Volume has ceilings. A filter search returns 1,000 people at most, and a paid team runs 5 signals at a time.

What the price pays for instead: 14 LinkedIn signals and an AI check of every person, from your profile viewers to job changes and company page followers, so the list is built for you, with an inbox included. Each account brings 500 credits a month, one per person kept; the pricing page has the details, and the case studies show what teams built with it.

How these comparisons are made

Every page in this hub follows the same method, written by me, Thomas Bonfils, cofounder of Sendable:

  • Who is on a page: mostly the tools with a public price that the pages ranking for "{tool} alternative" name on the day of writing. Each page states its own rule before the list.
  • How they are ordered: by a rule written before scoring, then applied mechanically: Expandi's own four criteria on the Expandi page, four agency features on the HeyReach page, the Phantom each tool replaces on the PhantomBuster page.
  • Prices: opened on the vendor's own pricing page, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency, as a visitor in the United States; euros converted at the European Central Bank rate of the day.
  • Features: a competitor's feature counts when its own site documents it. Sendable's features are checked in its code, not in its marketing.
  • What is not measured: acceptance rates, reply rates and account restrictions. No vendor publishes comparable numbers, so no page here ranks tools on them.
  • Freshness: each page shows its own date. Prices are checked again every quarter, the next time by February 3, 2027, and sooner when a vendor changes its pricing.

Our verdict: which LinkedIn automation alternative fits which situation

The right alternative is the one that fixes your reason for leaving, not the one with the longest feature list. By situation, with the price that buys it on November 3, 2026:

  • The cheapest LinkedIn seat: Waalaxy Pro, $19 a user a month for 300 invitations.
  • LinkedIn and email in one sequence, one seat: Dripify Pro, $79, or Expandi, $99 with a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up.
  • Every channel from one sender, one inbox: La Growth Machine Pro, €120 an identity (about $134).
  • An agency running many LinkedIn accounts: HeyReach, $79 a sender, or $999 a month for 25.
  • Data, research and enrichment, no sending: Clay, from $185 a month, with a Free plan to try it.
  • Scraping LinkedIn and other platforms, plus simple LinkedIn actions: PhantomBuster, $69 a month for unlimited users.
  • An AI agent that finds, writes and sends: Gojiberry, $99 a month for 2 LinkedIn senders.
  • People found from LinkedIn buying signals and checked by AI, in a sequence you write, LinkedIn only: Sendable, €59 per account.
  • None of them: if you write to a few people a week, LinkedIn's own messaging does the job for free. And if a restriction on your LinkedIn account is a risk you cannot take, no tool on this page removes it: read is LinkedIn automation safe? first.

Whatever you pick, run the trial on the audience you used before, count the replies rather than the actions sent, and only then pay for a year.

FAQ

What is the best LinkedIn automation alternative?

There is no single one: it depends on what your current tool does not do for you. For price, Waalaxy ($19). For LinkedIn and email in one sequence, Dripify ($79) or Expandi ($99). For an agency's many accounts, HeyReach ($999 for 25 senders). For leads found from LinkedIn signals and checked by AI, Sendable (€59). Prices checked on November 3, 2026.

Which LinkedIn automation tool is the cheapest?

Waalaxy Pro, $19 a user a month for 300 invitations a month, as shown to a visitor in the United States on November 3, 2026. Its inbox is a €20 add-on after 500 free conversations, and email needs the $69 Business plan. For LinkedIn alone, no tool on this page costs less.

Is Sendable the best alternative to all of these tools?

No. On the nine pages and the ranking above, it lands between second (the Gojiberry page) and last (the La Growth Machine, PhantomBuster and Waalaxy pages). It fits one reason to leave: your lists are the problem, and you want the people found from LinkedIn signals and checked by AI, on LinkedIn only.

Why is Sendable more expensive than Waalaxy?

Because an account includes the finding: 500 credits a month, one per person a signal finds who matches your ideal customer, with the inbox included. Waalaxy Pro's $19 sends to searches you build yourself. If your searches already get replies, Waalaxy is the cheaper choice.

Which tools send LinkedIn and email in one sequence?

Dripify (every plan), Expandi, La Growth Machine (every plan, calls from Pro), Gojiberry and Waalaxy's Business plan. HeyReach sends email through Instantly or Smartlead. Clay has no LinkedIn step, PhantomBuster shows no email step on its pricing page, and Sendable sends no email.

Is switching tools safer for my LinkedIn account?

Not by itself. Every tool here automates actions on your LinkedIn account, so each carries the same restriction risk. Expandi sells a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up for that reason, but no vendor publishes restriction rates, so no page can say which tool is safer in practice. Volume and targeting matter more than the tool: is LinkedIn automation safe?

How do I switch tools without contacting the same people twice?

Before you cancel, export your lead lists, your blacklist and the people you already contacted as CSV files, and copy each sequence step by hand. Pause the old tool's campaigns first, since cloud tools keep sending, then load those people as exclusions in the new tool before its first campaign starts. Each page above has the steps for its tool.

How often are these comparisons updated?

Every quarter, and sooner when a vendor changes its pricing or closes, as Trigify did. Each page shows its own date, and the next full price check is due by February 3, 2027.
