Waalaxy Alternatives: 7 LinkedIn Tools Compared on Real Cost

Waalaxy is the cheapest cloud tool for LinkedIn outreach until you add the inbox, email or a second channel. Seven alternatives sorted by the reason you are leaving, with every price checked on the vendor's own site on November 3, 2026.

Waalaxy Alternatives: 7 LinkedIn Tools Compared on Real Cost

Summarize this article with AI

TL;DR

  • Waalaxy costs $19 a month per user on Pro (300 invitations a month), $39 on Advanced (800) and $69 on Business, the only plan with cold email, as shown to a visitor in the United States on November 3, 2026. Its LinkedIn Inbox is an add-on at €20 a month after 500 free conversations.
  • No alternative here costs less than Waalaxy Pro or Advanced. The gap narrows once you add what it sells apart: every alternative includes an inbox for replies, except La Growth Machine's Basic plan.
  • For LinkedIn and email with the inbox included, Meet Alfred ($69) and Dripify ($79) cost less than Waalaxy Business plus its inbox (about $91); Expandi adds a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up for $99.
  • HeyReach fits many accounts on one bill, lemlist teams that lead with email, and La Growth Machine teams that want LinkedIn and email per sender with teammates free.
  • Sendable changes where the people come from: 14 LinkedIn buying signals, each person checked by AI against your ideal customer, for €59 per account, with no email and no import from a LinkedIn search.
On this page

The best Waalaxy alternative depends on why you are leaving, so the seven tools compared below are sorted by reason and priced at their real cost. For LinkedIn, email and X in one seat at Waalaxy Business's price, Meet Alfred. For LinkedIn and email drips with the inbox included, Dripify. For many accounts on one bill, HeyReach. For a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up, Expandi. For email first, lemlist. For a team on LinkedIn and email with teammates free, La Growth Machine. To stop sending to searches and start from people who just showed interest, Sendable. Stay with Waalaxy if 800 invitations a month at $39 is what you need: no tool here costs less.

Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the seven tools below. It sits where the stated ranking rule puts it, seventh, not first. Every price and feature on this page comes from the vendor's own site, opened on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.

My verdict: Waalaxy is cheap because it sells the pieces apart. The inbox costs €20 a month after 500 free conversations, and email starts on the $69 Business plan. Once you add both, Meet Alfred and Dripify cost less for a seat that sends LinkedIn and email from one sequence, inbox included. If you only send invitations to searches that already work, stay.

What Waalaxy does, and what it costs in November 2026

Waalaxy pricing seen from the United States on November 3, 2026: Pro $19, Advanced $39, Business $69

Waalaxy is a cloud tool for LinkedIn prospecting, built for people starting out: its pricing page says "75% of our users had never done LinkedIn outreach before" and that it is "Trusted by 200,000+ sales reps, founders, and teams worldwide". You import people from a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite search, or from a CSV file, pick one of its prebuilt sequences, and it sends the invitations, messages and follow-ups from your account.

Waalaxy began as a Chrome extension. Its cloud page explains that "Google will no longer allow actions to be performed from an extension in 2024", so campaigns now run on its servers: "as soon as you turn off your computer or close Chrome, your actions continue to send to LinkedIn".

Its auto-import refills a campaign from people who visited your profile, commented on a post you pick, sent you an invitation, or appear in a Sales Navigator saved search or list. "The auto-import then runs every 12 hours", and importing the people who like a post "will be available soon", according to the guide updated on June 26, 2026. An AI assistant to find prospects and write messages is marked "(soon)" on its homepage.

Plans from its pricing page, checked on November 3, 2026, as shown to a visitor in the United States:

Plan Monthly billing Billed yearly Invitations a month What it adds
Pro $19 per user $16 per user 300, at most 11 a day Unlimited campaigns, prebuilt sequences, automated follow-ups, CRM sync, CSV import and export, 25 email finder credits a month
Advanced $39 per user $32 per user 800, at most 100 a day and 200 a week API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, live chat support
Business $69 per user $55 per user 800 Cold email sequences, mixed campaigns, several email sender accounts, 500 email finder credits a month
Enterprise On request On request Not published For 5 seats or more: volume discounts and onboarding

The daily numbers come from its help center on quotas, updated on July 8, 2026: on Pro, "Maximum of 11 per day, or 300/month"; on Advanced and Business, 100 invitations a day at most, "up to 200 per week". Support answers within 48 hours on Pro, 4 hours on Advanced, and with priority on Business.

Four details move the comparison:

  1. The inbox is a paid add-on on every plan. The FAQ answers: "It's an optional add-on for €20/month." The pricing page offers "500 free conversations, no time limit" before you pay.
  2. Prices differ by currency. In euros, the currency its page serves by default, the plans cost €19, €49 and €69 a month, with 20% off quarterly and up to 50% off yearly. Advanced costs €49 in euros against $39 in dollars.
  3. No free plan sends anything. The same help center says: "In Freemium, you cannot launch campaigns." The way to test is the 14-day free trial; the pricing page does not say whether it asks for a card.
  4. Teams are on every plan, on paper. The plan table ticks "Team workspace", "Prospect as a team" and "Duplicate prevention" on Pro, Advanced and Business, and the FAQ says you can "add multiple seats to any plan". Another FAQ answer says that for 5 users or more, Enterprise "adds team workspaces, analytics, volume discounts, and onboarding", so ask which applies before you buy.

A note on stale numbers. Several Waalaxy alternatives pages that rank for this search still quote prices it no longer shows, such as $43, $88 and $131 a month, €39 for Pro and €139 for Business, or a free plan with 80 invitations a month. The figures above are the ones on its own site on November 3, 2026.

Why do people look for a Waalaxy alternative?

Most users stay. Waalaxy scores 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,306 reviews, with 82% five stars and 3% one star, and the company replies to every negative review (read on November 3, 2026). The people who leave name five reasons, each documented by Waalaxy itself or by its reviewers.

  1. The inbox costs extra. Without the add-on, you answer replies in LinkedIn itself. A reviewer wrote in July 2025: "There was also inbox feature, which I didn't know was in trial for me." Every alternative below includes an inbox in its price, except La Growth Machine's Basic plan.
  2. Email starts at $69. Cold email and mixed campaigns are on Business only, while the pricing page says that "65% of Waalaxy users run LinkedIn + Email outreach as a team". A seller who needs both channels pays $69, then the inbox.
  3. Invitations are counted per month. Pro stops at 300 a month, about 11 a day; Advanced and Business at 800 a month and 200 a week. In fairness, LinkedIn limits invitations itself, so a new tool rarely sends much more each week without more risk; it changes how the cap is counted.
  4. Billing and renewals. The low ratings are mostly about money. "The platform advertises an upgrade at €49/month, but this only applies to annual subscriptions" (February 2026). "I canceled my subscription, yet they continued to charge me for seven months without my consent" (November 2024). A reviewer outside Europe added in November 2025 that "the only time they are online is in the middle of the night"; the FAQ lists chat support Monday to Friday.
  5. Account restrictions. Its help center is frank: "Unfortunately, Waalaxy does not comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service." It has "no leverage to recover a banned account", though "The team can transfer your subscription to a new LinkedIn profile". A December 2025 review reports "apparently a shadow ban from LinkedIn due too many connection requests." Every tool on this page carries the same risk; the safety section covers what changes it.

Waalaxy's inbox sold as a paid add-on on November 3, 2026, a reason to look for a Waalaxy alternative

One more reason is my reading rather than a review. It sends to the people your search returns. If invitations go unanswered because the list is cold, a different sender changes little; a different source of people might. That splits the alternatives below into two groups.

The 7 Waalaxy alternatives compared at a glance

Prices checked on November 3, 2026, for one account on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency. Sendable and La Growth Machine show euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66, €60 about $67 and €120 about $134.

Tool Price, one account Inbox for replies Email in the sequence Published invitation limit Where people come from Best for

Waalaxy wins the price column outright: its Pro and Advanced plans cost less than any alternative's cheapest plan. The two columns that decide most switches are the inbox and the email, where Waalaxy charges extra, and the source of people, where the first six tools work like Waalaxy and the last one does not.

What one LinkedIn seat really costs, inbox and email included

The sticker price compares badly, because each tool puts the inbox and the email on a different plan. This table gives the real cost of the same two setups everywhere, for one account on monthly billing, checked on November 3, 2026. Euro amounts use the ECB rate of the same day.

Tool LinkedIn only, replies in the tool's inbox LinkedIn and email in one sequence, with an inbox
Waalaxy About $41 (Pro + inbox), about $61 (Advanced + inbox) About $91 (Business + inbox)
Meet Alfred $59 (LinkedIn Only) $69 (Multi-Channel)
Dripify $79 (Pro) $79 (Pro)
HeyReach $79 (Growth) $79, plus an Instantly or Smartlead subscription
Expandi $99 (Business) $99 (Business)
lemlist $109 (Multichannel) $109 (Multichannel)
La Growth Machine €120 (Pro, about $134) €120 (Pro, about $134)
Sendable €59 (about $66) Not available: no email

How the Waalaxy line is built: the plan price in dollars plus the €20 inbox add-on, about $22. For your first 500 conversations the add-on is free, so a light user pays $19 or $39 flat. La Growth Machine's Basic plan, €60 (about $67), runs both channels but has no Multichannel Inbox, which starts on Pro.

Read it honestly. For LinkedIn only, Waalaxy stays the cheapest, even with its inbox: about $41 on Pro and $61 on Advanced, against $59 for Meet Alfred's LinkedIn Only plan. With email, it does not: Business plus its inbox costs about $91, more than Meet Alfred Multi-Channel ($69) and Dripify Pro ($79), and less than Expandi ($99) or lemlist ($109).

On yearly billing the order of the email column holds, if the inbox add-on stays at €20 a month. Waalaxy drops to $16, $32 and $55 a month in dollars, Dripify Pro to $59, Meet Alfred Multi-Channel to $49, Expandi to $79, and Sendable bills €590 a year per account, about $55 a month.

How I picked and ranked these tools

Three rules decided who is on the list:

  • It sends invitations and messages from your own LinkedIn account, from the vendor's cloud, as Waalaxy does. That leaves out desktop software and browser extensions.
  • Its price is public on its own site, so every number above can be checked.
  • It is named by at least three of the seven pages I read that rank for "waalaxy alternative" on November 3, 2026 (Botdog, Kanbox, Emelia, Meet Alfred, Tooljunction, Stork and Derrick), or it is Sendable, which I build.

Expandi is named by six of those pages, Dripify and lemlist by five, La Growth Machine by four, HeyReach and Meet Alfred by three. PhantomBuster, Linked Helper and Octopus CRM appear on two each, as a data extraction toolkit, desktop software and a browser extension. Kanbox, Botdog, Emelia and Derrick each list themselves first on their own page and appear on no other, so they are not compared here.

The order is mechanical. First the six tools that do Waalaxy's job, sending to people from your searches, your lists or their own database. They are ordered by the monthly price of one account on their cheapest plan that includes an inbox for replies, since that is what Waalaxy charges extra for; at the same price, the tool with email in the sequence comes first. Then Sendable, which changes where the people come from. That puts Sendable seventh.

What I did not test: acceptance rates, reply rates and account safety across tools. Nobody can measure those fairly from outside, and no vendor publishes comparable numbers.

The same method runs on the eight other alternatives pages, gathered in the LinkedIn automation alternatives hub with a one-line verdict for each tool.

1. Meet Alfred

Meet Alfred pricing on November 3, 2026: LinkedIn Only at $59, Multi-Channel at $69 and Agency at $79 per seat a month

Meet Alfred runs LinkedIn, email and X campaigns from the cloud, with no browser extension to install, and says it is "Trusted by 175,000+ registered users from 92 countries". Every plan includes the Smart LinkedIn Inbox with templates and reply management, an AI Lead Finder and unlimited actions in a sequence. Multi-Channel adds email, Sales Navigator support, InMail automation, unlimited campaigns, campaigns from groups, events, posts, newsletters and company pages, CSV import, post scheduling, and Zapier and webhook integrations. Agency adds team workspaces, a collaborative inbox, native HubSpot and Salesforce, and white label.

Price (checked November 3, 2026): LinkedIn Only at $59 per seat a month, Multi-Channel at $69, Agency at $79 per seat from 3 seats ($237 a month), on monthly billing; $39, $49 and $59 billed annually. Unlimited is a quote. The comparison table lower on the same page still lists $29, $49 and $39 billed annually; the numbers above are the plan cards. Its homepage offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

Against Waalaxy: Multi-Channel costs the same $69 as Waalaxy Business and includes the inbox, so it saves about $22 a month against Business plus the inbox. LinkedIn Only at $59 costs about what Advanced plus the inbox does, without Sales Navigator support or CSV import.

Best for: one person who wants three channels from one seat for $69.

Limits: no published invitation limits, no Sales Navigator or CSV import on LinkedIn Only, and two sets of annual prices on the same page.

2. Dripify

Dripify pricing on November 3, 2026: Pro at $79 and Advanced at $99 per user a month

Dripify is a cloud sequencer for LinkedIn and email drips. Every plan runs both kinds of steps in one sequence, with a dedicated inbox, HubSpot integration, an open API, an MCP server and 100 email finder credits a month. Its daily quotas, the same on Pro and Advanced: 75 connection requests, 100+ messages, 30 Sales Navigator InMails and 200+ profile views. Advanced adds team management, advanced protection, lead tagging, step analytics, A/B testing and Evergreen leads.

Price (checked November 3, 2026): Pro at $79 per user a month and Advanced at $99, or $59 and $79 billed annually. Enterprise on request. The 7-day trial needs no credit card, runs on Advanced features, and charges nothing automatically when it ends.

Against Waalaxy: $79 with the inbox and email included, against about $91 for Business plus its inbox. Dripify counts invitations per day where Waalaxy counts them per month.

Best for: a seller who wants both channels in one sequence, inbox included, with nothing to add.

Limits: no plan below $79, and team management starts on Advanced. My Dripify alternatives page covers it in more depth.

3. HeyReach

HeyReach pricing on November 3, 2026: Growth at $79 per sender, Agency at $999 for 25 senders, Unlimited at $2,999

HeyReach is built for many accounts on one bill. You pay per sender, sending rotates between accounts, workspaces keep each client's senders, leads and campaigns apart, and a Unified Inbox lets you "Manage all LinkedIn messages in one centralized inbox". It sends no email itself: "Use our native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead to send multichannel campaigns." People come from lists you import: "Import relevant LinkedIn contacts from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or any other tool." API, webhooks and an MCP server are on every plan.

Price (checked November 3, 2026): Growth at $79 per sender a month ($72 quarterly, $64 yearly), with a dedicated residential proxy per sender according to its FAQ. Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders, with a 50-sender option and white label. Unlimited at $2,999 for up to 300 senders. The FAQ describes a 14-day trial with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no card.

Against Waalaxy: one sender costs $40 more than Waalaxy Advanced, but HeyReach reads every account's replies in one inbox, and at 25 senders the Agency plan works out to about $40 each. Waalaxy's volume discounts start with an Enterprise quote.

Best for: agencies and teams running 10 accounts or more on lists they build elsewhere.

Limits: no native email, no lead finding of its own, and $79 for a single account. More on the HeyReach alternatives page.

4. Expandi

Expandi pricing on November 3, 2026: Business at $99 a month with a dedicated IP and auto warm-up, Agency on quote

Expandi sells one public plan built around account safety. Each account gets a "Dedicated country-based IP-address" and a "Profile Auto Warm-up", with "Smart algorithms for limit ranges" instead of fixed quotas. Sequences mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups "in just one sequence", with unlimited campaigns. Replies land in its Global Smart Inbox, which the homepage describes as a way to "Manage replies in one place with labels, tags & notes".

Price (checked November 3, 2026): Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 on annual billing. Agency, from 10 seats with roles, permissions and white label, is a quote. The 7-day free trial gives access to every feature; you are charged after it unless you cancel first.

Against Waalaxy: $99 against about $91 for Business plus its inbox. The $8 difference buys a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up, which Waalaxy's pricing page does not mention.

Best for: one to five accounts, when the restriction risk is why you are leaving.

Limits: no lighter plan, no published invitation numbers, and agency pricing only after a call. Seven Expandi alternatives are scored on the criteria Expandi sells on.

5. lemlist

lemlist pricing on November 3, 2026: Email at $69 a month, Multichannel at $109 per user with LinkedIn automation

lemlist started with cold email and added LinkedIn, which needs the Multichannel plan. It adds "5 senders per user", SMS, a built-in call dialer and WhatsApp as an add-on, on top of the Email plan's 650M+ lead database, email and phone finder, warm-up and AI agents. Its Unified Inbox "integrates multichannel communication (email and LinkedIn) into one streamlined interface".

Price (checked November 3, 2026): Email at $69 a month for unlimited users, without LinkedIn. Multichannel at $109 per user a month, or $87 billed yearly. Enterprise on request. The 14-day free trial includes the Multichannel features except in-app calls.

Against Waalaxy: about $18 more than Business plus its inbox, for an email platform with LinkedIn inside, not the reverse.

Best for: teams whose main channel is email and who want LinkedIn steps in the same sequence.

Limits: priced per user, LinkedIn only on the $109 plan, and no published invitation limits.

6. La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine pricing on November 3, 2026: Basic, Pro and Ultimate priced per identity, with team members free

La Growth Machine runs LinkedIn and email sequences with voice messages, AI messages and its database of 27M+ companies on every plan. It bills per identity, one sender, and teammates join free: 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Ultimate. Pro adds the Multichannel Inbox, calls, A/B testing, intent signals, an MCP server, and API, Clay, Zapier, Make and n8n access. Ultimate adds HubSpot and Pipedrive sync.

Price (checked November 3, 2026): per identity a month, Basic €60 (up to 3 identities and 3 active campaigns), Pro €120 and Ultimate €180, or €50, €100 and €150 billed yearly; about $67, $134 and $201 at the ECB rate. 14 days free, no credit card.

Against Waalaxy: Basic at about $67 costs about the same as Waalaxy Business and also runs both channels in one sequence, without an inbox. The plan with the inbox costs about twice as much.

Best for: a team that sells on both channels together and wants teammates to join without paying a seat.

Limits: the inbox and the intent signals start on Pro at €120, Basic stops at 3 identities and 3 active campaigns, and CRM sync is an add-on below Ultimate. Eight La Growth Machine alternatives are compared by channel.

7. Sendable

From here, the tool changes where the people come from rather than how they are contacted. That is a bigger switch than changing senders, and it only makes sense if your lists were the problem.

A Company engagement signal in Sendable: each person matched or rejected against the ideal customer, with the reason

This is the product I build. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.

Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach starts from what people do on LinkedIn instead of a search you run. It has 14 LinkedIn signals plus CSV import: people engaging with the posts of company pages you pick, competitors included, with the posts of influencers you pick or with posts you pick; people posting about your keywords (keyword tracker); companies hiring for a role (job post tracker); job changes; people active on LinkedIn; your profile viewers (with LinkedIn Premium); poll voters; event attendees; newsletter subscribers; company page followers; profile followers; 1st degree connections and People you may know. Waalaxy's auto-import overlaps on two of them, profile visitors and post commenters.

Each person a signal finds is checked by an AI against the ideal customer you describe, with a one-sentence reason. Only the people who match enter your campaign and spend a credit; each account includes 500 credits a month, and rejected people and CSV files imported without criteria cost nothing.

The sequence is yours, built in a visual campaign builder: invitation with or without a note, profile visit, like the last post, message with attachments or voice clips, withdraw the invitation, waits, a condition on whether the invitation was accepted within a number of days, and conditions on any lead field. Each message step can A/B test up to 10 variants, and a launched step's text stays editable for the messages not sent yet.

The inbox is included. It syncs each account's classic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter conversations, one account at a time, files the replies that show interest under Interested with AI, and stops a lead's sequences when they reply. Default limits are 30 invitations and 30 new conversations a day per account with Premium or Sales Navigator, 20 without, and 20 profile visits, sent Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 unless you change the schedule. Leads sync to Attio or HubSpot (Pipedrive is in beta), alerts go to Slack, and an MCP connector lets an AI assistant such as Claude work in your account.

You connect an account with Sendable's Chrome extension, which "Uses the account open in this browser. No password.", or with its email and password. The campaigns then run on Sendable's servers, with the browser closed.

Price (checked November 3, 2026): €59 a month per connected LinkedIn account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers and no fee per teammate: "Inviting is free: only LinkedIn accounts use seats", the invite dialog says. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one account and 3 signals. Details on the pricing page.

Against Waalaxy: €59 costs more than Pro or Advanced, about $66 against $39 for Advanced, or about $61 with its inbox, and a little less than Business at $69. The difference pays for the people: signals and the AI check replace the search you run before each campaign. It does not pay for email, or for more invitations: Advanced allows up to 200 a week, while Sendable's defaults send 150 on a five-day week. The customer case studies show what teams built with it.

Best for: founders and small teams who sell on LinkedIn, whose campaigns sent fine but went to people who did not answer.

Limits: stated in full in where Sendable falls short, just below.

Where Sendable falls short against Waalaxy

Since I build Sendable, here is what it does not do and Waalaxy does, in plain terms:

  • It costs more than Pro or Advanced. €59 (about $66) a month per account, against $19 and $39. If your campaigns already get replies, paying three times Pro buys you little.
  • No email. Waalaxy Business sends cold email and includes 500 email finder credits a month; Sendable sends no email. A step can find an email or a phone number only through your own FullEnrich account.
  • No import from a LinkedIn search. Pasting a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite search does not exist in Sendable. People come from signals or from a CSV file, which accepts Sales Navigator profile links.
  • No public API, Zapier, Make or n8n. Waalaxy has an API and those modules from Advanced. Sendable has an MCP server, CSV export, Slack alerts and CRM sync with Attio and HubSpot.
  • A shorter trial, with a card. 7 days with a card, against a 14-day trial.
  • Lower default volume, one inbox per account. 30 invitations a day on weekdays by default; you can raise it, but the app warns above 30 that LinkedIn may ban the account. The inbox shows one account at a time.

If invitations to searches you already trust are the whole job, stay with Waalaxy.

When to stay with Waalaxy

It is cheap and well rated for a reason, and a switch means rebuilding your campaigns. Stay if:

  • you send fewer than 800 invitations a month from one account: at $39, Advanced is the lowest price on this page for that volume;
  • your searches already bring people who accept and reply;
  • you stay under 500 conversations in the inbox, so the add-on costs nothing;
  • you want an API or Zapier, Make and n8n modules at $39;
  • you want 14 days to test before paying.

Leave when the add-ons cost more than the switch: email and an inbox (Meet Alfred, Dripify), many accounts (HeyReach), safety worries (Expandi), email first (lemlist), a team on two channels (La Growth Machine), or lists that do not reply (Sendable).

How to switch from Waalaxy without contacting anyone twice

The risk in a switch is not losing data, it is inviting the same person twice from two tools. Five steps, whatever you pick:

  1. Turn off auto-renewal first. Its FAQ: "You can cancel anytime by disabling auto-renewal", and you keep access until the end of the period you paid. On a yearly plan, do it now: several low reviews are about renewals.
  2. Export your prospects. Every plan includes "CSV imports & exports". Export each campaign's list and note who still has an invitation pending.
  3. Copy your sequences by hand. The pricing page lists CSV exports of prospects, not of sequences, so save each message's text and delay.
  4. Stop Waalaxy's campaigns before the new tool starts. Its cloud keeps sending with your computer off, so pause them inside the app. Two tools on one account draw on the same limits and can invite the same person twice.
  5. Import with exclusions on. Bring the CSV into the new tool, skip anyone already connected or in a conversation, and remove the people whose invitation is still pending.

In Sendable, step 5 is a CSV import signal: one column of LinkedIn profile links.

CSV import in Sendable: drop a CSV file with one column of LinkedIn profile links

Before anyone enters a campaign, its automatic exclusions skip people already in your inbox, already connected to your accounts, already contacted from Sendable or already in your CRM. Waalaxy sent its messages from your own account, so those conversations sit in that account's inbox, which Sendable reads once the account is connected. Paste your old exclusion list into the team blacklist: those people are never contacted, even mid-sequence. Then add the signals that bring new people, so the campaign does not stop when the old list runs out.

Is a Waalaxy alternative safer for your LinkedIn account?

No tool removes the risk. LinkedIn's help page on prohibited software and extensions, read on November 3, 2026, says it does not "permit the use of any third party software, including "crawlers", bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on LinkedIn's website", and that members who use them "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down." That covers every tool on this page, Sendable included, and Waalaxy says so about itself.

What differs is how each tool says it lowers the odds:

Tool What its own pages say it does about safety
Waalaxy Quotas: 11 invitations a day on Pro, up to 100 a day and 200 a week on Advanced and Business
Meet Alfred Smart limits, randomized activity patterns, daily limits and activity windows you set
Dripify Built-in LinkedIn protection, advanced protection on Advanced, 75 invitations a day at most
HeyReach A dedicated residential proxy per sender on Growth
Expandi A dedicated country-based IP and an automatic profile warm-up
Sendable 30 invitations a day by default, a random 5 to 30 second pause between actions, working hours

The levers that matter most are yours, whatever the tool: low daily volumes, a new account warmed up slowly, an audience that fits so fewer people ignore your invitations, and messages a person would actually send. The guide to safe LinkedIn automation explains each one.

Our verdict: which Waalaxy alternative fits which situation

The best Waalaxy alternative is the one that fixes your reason for leaving, not the one with the longest feature list. By situation:

  • LinkedIn, email and X in one seat: Meet Alfred Multi-Channel, $69, the price of Waalaxy Business with the inbox included.
  • LinkedIn and email drips with nothing to add: Dripify Pro, $79.
  • 10 accounts or more on one bill: HeyReach, $79 per sender or $999 for 25.
  • Account safety on a few accounts: Expandi, $99, with a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up.
  • Email first, LinkedIn second: lemlist Multichannel, $109 per user.
  • A team on two channels, teammates free: La Growth Machine, from €60 per identity, €120 with the inbox.
  • Your searches do not reply: Sendable, €59 per account, for buying signals checked by AI and your own sequence.
  • None of these: if you want someone else to run the outreach, an outbound agency fits better than another tool.

And stay with Waalaxy if one person sending up to 800 invitations a month to searches that work is the whole job: $39 is the lowest price here. Whatever you pick, run the trial on the audience you used before, count the replies rather than the actions sent, and only then pay for a year. My roundup of LinkedIn automation tools scores eleven of them on four checks, and the buying signals tools guide covers the signal-only options that pair with a sender.

FAQ

What is the best Waalaxy alternative?

It depends on why you leave. Meet Alfred ($69) or Dripify ($79) for both channels with the inbox included, HeyReach for many accounts ($79 per sender), Expandi for account safety ($99), lemlist if email leads ($109), La Growth Machine for a team on two channels (from €60), and Sendable if the problem is the list rather than the sender. Prices checked on November 3, 2026.

How much does Waalaxy cost?

On November 3, 2026, a visitor in the United States sees Pro at $19 per user a month (300 invitations a month), Advanced at $39 (800) and Business at $69 (cold email, 500 email finder credits), or $16, $32 and $55 billed yearly. In euros the plans cost €19, €49 and €69. The LinkedIn Inbox is an add-on at €20 a month after 500 free conversations, and Enterprise, for 5 seats or more, is on request.

Does Waalaxy still have a free plan?

Not one that sends. Its help center, updated on July 8, 2026, says: "In Freemium, you cannot launch campaigns." To try it, use the 14-day free trial. None of the alternatives here has a free plan either; Meet Alfred, Dripify, HeyReach and La Growth Machine offer trials with no card, and Sendable's 7-day trial asks for one.

Why is Waalaxy cheaper than the alternatives?

Because it sells the pieces apart and caps the volume. Pro at $19 stops at 300 invitations a month, the inbox costs €20 a month after 500 conversations, and email starts on Business at $69. For LinkedIn only, it stays the cheapest even with the inbox. With email and an inbox, about $91, Meet Alfred and Dripify cost less.

Is Waalaxy safe for my LinkedIn account?

No automation tool is risk free. Its own help center says that "Waalaxy does not comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service" and that it has "no leverage to recover a banned account". It limits volume with quotas, 11 invitations a day on Pro and up to 200 a week on Advanced. Your volumes and targeting matter more than the tool, and the same risk applies to every alternative here.

Does Waalaxy include an inbox?

Not in the plan price. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on Pro, Advanced and Business: "It's an optional add-on for €20/month", after "500 free conversations, no time limit". Without it, you answer in LinkedIn. Every alternative on this page includes an inbox, except La Growth Machine's Basic plan.

Is La Growth Machine better than Waalaxy?

For a team on both channels, it does more: teammates join free, every plan runs both channels, and Pro adds the Multichannel Inbox, calls and intent signals. Waalaxy costs less: Advanced is $39 against €120 (about $134) for La Growth Machine Pro, and its Business plan at $69 costs about what La Growth Machine Basic does, about $67, which has no inbox.

Can I move my Waalaxy campaigns to another tool?

Your prospects, yes: every plan exports them as CSV. Your sequences, by hand: copy each message and delay before you cancel. Turn off auto-renewal, pause its campaigns before the new tool starts, since its cloud keeps sending, and import with exclusions on so nobody gets a second invitation.

Is Sendable worth paying more than Waalaxy Advanced, and what is the catch?

Only if your searches do not reply. €59 a month (about $66), against $39 for Advanced, buys 14 buying signals and an AI check of every person against your ideal customer, with the inbox included. The catch: no email, no import from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, a 7-day trial with a card, and a lower default volume than Waalaxy Advanced.
