The best HeyReach alternative depends on why you are leaving. For white label and one inbox across client accounts, with email in the same seat, Skylead. For a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up on every account, Expandi. For intent signals and 50 senders for $999, ReactIn. To have the leads found on LinkedIn and qualified by AI, one team per client, Sendable. For LinkedIn and email per sender, La Growth Machine or lemlist. For one person on a small budget, Waalaxy or Dripify. Stay with HeyReach if you send to lists you already build: from 10 accounts it costs $59 per sender.
Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the eight tools below. It sits where the stated ranking rule puts it, fourth, not first. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own site, checked on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.
My verdict: for an agency that sends to lists it already has, HeyReach remains the cheapest way to run 10 to 25 LinkedIn accounts with client workspaces and one inbox. The reasons to leave it are elsewhere: it does not find the people, email lives in a second tool, and some agencies report slower support. Pick the alternative by the reason that applies to you.
What HeyReach does, and what it costs in November 2026
HeyReach is a cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool built for multi-account outreach: agencies and sales teams connect multiple LinkedIn accounts and pay per sender, not per user. Its homepage headline is "Unlimited senders, one fixed cost", and it says it is "Trusted by 8,000+ companies". Four features make it the default for agencies:
- Sender rotation: "Connect unlimited LinkedIn accounts for one flat fee and automatically rotate sending between them."
- Unified Inbox: "Handle all LinkedIn messages in one centralized inbox, without logging in and out of accounts all the time."
- Workspaces and permissions: "Manage clients through a single login while keeping each client's data, senders, leads, and campaigns separate."
- Free users: its FAQ says it does not charge "for adding team mates, VAs, clients or users", only per sender.
Around them: API and webhooks, an MCP server, integrations with Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, Make and Zapier, and since September 16, 2026 a workspace blacklist of leads and companies, imported in CSV files of up to 1,000 rows.

Plans from its pricing page, checked on November 3, 2026, in US dollars per month:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Senders | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $79 per sender, $59 from 10 senders | $64 per sender, $48 from 10 | 1 to 50 | Unified inbox, workspaces, API, webhooks, MCP, 100 enrichment credits per sender, a dedicated residential proxy per sender |
| Agency | $999 for 25 senders, $1,399 for 50 | $800 for 25, $1,120 for 50 | 25 or 50 | White label for one brand, 1,000 enrichment credits, a 1:1 onboarding session, a Slack channel, your own proxies |
| Unlimited | $2,999 | $2,399 | Up to 300, under a fair-use cap | Extra white label brands at $500 each, migration done for you, priority support |
| Done for you | On request | On request | Not stated | Its own team runs the outbound for you |
Quarterly billing takes 10% off. The $59 rate is not printed on the page: it comes from the price calculator, which drops every sender to $59 once you pick 10. So nine senders cost more than ten: $711 a month against $590. The FAQ describes a 14-day trial with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no credit card, and a 30-day trial of Agency or Unlimited on request. An Early Stage Program offers a discount, price not shown, to companies under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue with fewer than 5 people.
A note on stale numbers. Several pages that rank for this query still quote older prices, such as $749 a month for 50 senders or $1,999 for Unlimited, or say it has no do-not-contact list. The figures above are the ones on the vendor's own site on November 3, 2026, and the blacklist has been live since September 16, 2026.
Why do agencies look for a HeyReach alternative?
HeyReach is well liked by agencies: its positive reviews mostly praise sender rotation and the shared inbox. People leave over five things, each documented by the vendor itself or by its reviewers.
- It does not find the leads. Its homepage says to "Import relevant LinkedIn contacts from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or any other tool." The list comes from another subscription, and so do the buying signals. Its pricing page still lists Trigify among its integrations, though Trigify shut down on October 22, 2026. An agency selling meetings pays for the sender, then for the tool that decides who to write to.
- Email is a second tool. The Growth plan reads: "Use our native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead to send multichannel campaigns." If your clients want an email follow-up after an unanswered invitation, you run two subscriptions and two lead lists.
- The price steps between 9 and 25 accounts. At $79 per sender, 9 senders cost $711; at 10, the rate drops to $59. From 17 senders, Growth ($1,003) costs more than Agency for 25 ($999). And the Agency and Unlimited plans "require you to bring your own proxies", according to the FAQ, while Growth includes a residential proxy for each sender.
- Support and billing complaints. On Trustpilot, it rates 4.1 out of 5 from 52 reviews, with 75% five stars and 21% one star, and only 6 reviews in the last 12 months. An agency user who moved clients away wrote in November 2025 that "it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response, even for urgent issues", and that the MCP shows "data that doesn't match their main dashboard". Another reviewer trying to downscale wrote in July 2025: "I wanted to keep 2 seats but they keep charging me for 4 seats." The company answers in public: Trustpilot shows replies to 100% of negative reviews.
- New accounts are warmed up by hand. Its help center asks you to "manually warm it up" before connecting a new account, reach 100 connections, then send 5 invitations a day in week one and 10 in week two. An agency that rents or creates sender profiles does that by hand for each one.
Fifty-two reviews is a small sample, so read reasons 4 and 5 as risks to test during a trial, not as verdicts.
The 8 HeyReach alternatives at a glance
Prices checked on November 3, 2026, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66 and €120 about $134. Waalaxy shows dollars to a visitor in the United States, the prices used here.
| Tool | Billed per | Entry price | Finds the leads | Best for | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach (reference) | Sender, or bundle | $79 per sender | Through Instantly or Smartlead | No | 10 to 50 accounts on lists you bring |
| Skylead | Seat, or bundle | $100 per seat, $999 for 25 seats | Yes, unlimited email accounts | B2B database, post signals | Agencies that want email and white label in one seat |
| Expandi | Seat | $99 per seat | Email follow-ups | No, LinkedIn searches you define | Account safety: dedicated IP and warm-up |
| ReactIn | Sender, or bundle | $69 per sender, $999 for 50 | Not on its pricing page | 20+ intent signals | The lowest price at 50 senders, signals included |
| Sendable | LinkedIn account | €59 (about $66) per account | No | 14 LinkedIn signals, AI qualification | Agencies that need leads found and qualified, one team per client |
| La Growth Machine | Identity | €60 (Basic, up to 3), €120 (Pro) | Yes | Database, intent signals on Pro | LinkedIn and email per sender, team free |
| lemlist | User | $109 per user (Multichannel) | Yes, email first | 650M+ lead database | Email-led teams adding LinkedIn |
| Waalaxy | User | $19 per user (Pro) | Business plan | Not on its pricing page | One person starting on LinkedIn |
| Dripify | User | $79 per user (Pro) | Yes, every plan | No, email finder credits only | Simple drip campaigns with email |
The first question to settle: will you bring the list, as with HeyReach, or should the tool find the people? Skylead, ReactIn, Sendable, La Growth Machine and lemlist find them in some way; Expandi, Waalaxy and Dripify mostly send to what you import.
Which agency features each HeyReach alternative documents
This is the table agencies managing multiple LinkedIn accounts care about most. "Yes" means the vendor's own site documents the feature on November 3, 2026; a dash means its site does not say, not that the tool cannot.
| Tool | Client workspaces, one login | One inbox for every account | Accounts rotating in one campaign | White label | Proxy or IP per account |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | Yes, every plan | Yes | Yes | Agency and Unlimited | Growth: dedicated proxy; Agency: your own |
| Skylead | Agency plan | Agency plan (Unibox) | - | Option | - |
| Expandi | Yes (Workspaces) | Yes | - | Agency plan, on quote | Dedicated country-based IP |
| ReactIn | - | Yes | Yes, from Growth | - | - |
| Sendable | Yes, one team per client | No, one account at a time | Yes | No | No proxy setting |
| La Growth Machine | Add-on | Yes, from Pro | Email inboxes only | - | Dedicated mobile proxy per identity |
| lemlist | - | Yes | Email inboxes only | - | - |
| Waalaxy | Enterprise, 5+ users | - | - | - | - |
| Dripify | - | - | - | - | - |
No alternative documents all four agency features, as HeyReach does. Skylead and Expandi come closest; ReactIn and Sendable rotate accounts inside a campaign, which Skylead's and Expandi's pricing pages do not mention.
How I picked and ranked these tools
Three conditions, applied to every candidate:
- It sends invitations and messages from your own LinkedIn accounts, from the vendor's cloud. That leaves out desktop software such as Linked Helper and browser extensions such as Dux-Soup.
- Its price is public on its own site, checked on November 3, 2026.
- At least two of the five pages that rank for "heyreach alternative" name it, or it sells a plan built for agencies running many accounts. I read HeyReach's own alternatives page, three listicles from other vendors (Botdog, LeadHaste, GiveMeLeads) and Expandi's. ReactIn qualifies through its agency plan. Sendable is in because I build it.
Other lists also name Botdog, Meet Alfred, PhantomBuster and Salesforge; I did not compare them.
The ranking is mechanical. A tool scores one point for each of the four agency features in the table above (client workspaces, one inbox, rotation, white label) that its site documents, paid add-ons included. Inside a score, the public monthly price for 25 LinkedIn accounts, the size of HeyReach's Agency plan, breaks the tie, and a price on quote ranks last. Per-seat and per-user tools are counted at one seat per LinkedIn account. That gives Skylead and Expandi 3 points, ReactIn, Sendable and La Growth Machine 2, lemlist and Waalaxy 1, and Dripify 0.
This page is one of nine alternatives pages built the same way: all the LinkedIn automation alternatives sit side by side in the hub, with who should leave each tool.
1. Skylead

Skylead is the closest match to HeyReach's agency model, with email inside the same seat. Each seat includes LinkedIn automation, "Unlimited email accounts", 100,000 emails a month, email warm-up, a B2B database and post signals. The Agency plan adds an "Agency dashboard for all clients & seats", a "Unibox for all client conversations", "Granular client roles & permissions", client performance alerts and a white label option. Its agency page says that "Each client environment remains organized separately" and that white labeling is optional.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): All-in-one at $100 per seat a month. Agency, as a "First-year promotion", at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats. A yearly plan gives 2 months free. 7-day free trial.
Best for: agencies that want client workspaces plus real email outreach, without a second tool.
Limits: the $999 price is a first-year promotion, so ask what year two costs, and its pricing page does not say whether several accounts can rotate inside one campaign.
2. Expandi

Expandi answers the safety half of the agency question. Each account gets a "Dedicated country-based IP-address" and a "Profile Auto Warm-up", the step HeyReach leaves to you. Sequences mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups, with if/action conditional logic, 10 campaign types, a blacklist and daily limits on connections, messages, InMails and event invites. The Agency plan adds "Flexible Roles & Permission Management", "Transparent reports for clients" and the option to "Use Expandi under your own brand".
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day free trial. Agency, for "10+ teams or seeking a white-label solution", is on a call.
Best for: agencies that rent or create new sender profiles and want the warm-up and one IP per account handled.
Limits: the agency features are behind a sales call, so you cannot compare their price before talking to Expandi, and at $99 per seat, 10 accounts cost $990 against $590 at HeyReach. Seven tools people leave Expandi for are compared on account safety, branching, signals and workspaces.
3. ReactIn

ReactIn sells multi-account sending plus the step before it. Every plan captures "signals from social networks, webinars, calendars, and 10+ sources" and segments leads with AI; Growth adds follow-ups, lead management and "Sender Rotation". Its agency page promises a unified inbox with "Every reply from every sender in one inbox", per-account daily limits and working hours, and an API, webhooks and MCP. It also compares itself with HeyReach head on: "The Agency plan also covers 50 senders instead of 25 for the same $999."
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Basic at $29 per sender a month (signals and enrichment, no outreach), Growth at $69 per sender, Agency at $999 a month for up to 50 senders, with a custom plan above. 7-day free trial, no credit card.
Best for: agencies past 25 senders that want signals included: 50 senders cost $999, against $1,399 at HeyReach.
Limits: Basic sends nothing, and its pages describe neither separate client workspaces nor white label.
4. Sendable

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.
Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach does the job HeyReach leaves to other tools: it finds the people. Fourteen signals (job postings, job changes, engagement on competitor or influencer posts, keyword posts, poll voters, event attendees, profile viewers and more) collect people, an AI checks each one against the ideal customer you describe and gives a reason, and the ones that fit enter a LinkedIn sequence you build. The LinkedIn keyword tracker guide shows one signal end to end.
What it does for an agency running several accounts, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:
- One workspace, one team per client. A team "has its own LinkedIn accounts, signals, campaigns, leads and inbox", in the app's own words, and every team shares the workspace's plan and bill.
- Teammates and clients cost nothing. The invite dialog reads: "Inviting is free: only LinkedIn accounts use seats." A client can connect their LinkedIn account from Sendable's Chrome extension, which "Uses the account open in this browser. No password."
- Several accounts in one campaign. Each step lists the accounts that can run it; new leads rotate between them, an account that is disconnected or at its daily limit is skipped, and each lead stays with the account that first contacted it.
- Limits per account. By default 30 invitations, 30 new conversations and 20 profile visits a day (visits are capped at 30), spread with random pauses inside the campaign's working hours.
- Inbox by account. You read one LinkedIn account at a time, switching with avatars that show each account's unread count. A member set to "own" access sees only the conversations of the accounts they connected. A reply stops that lead's sequences, and an AI marks interested replies.
- No double contact inside a team. A team blacklist is checked before every send, and a lead already running in another live campaign of the team waits for your approval.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): €59 a month per connected LinkedIn account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers and no volume discount. Each account includes 500 credits a month, one per lead that matches the ideal customer, and each team runs up to 5 signals at once. Lists you import straight into a campaign, such as a HeyReach export, use no credits. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one LinkedIn account and 3 signals. The plan is on the pricing page.
On price, HeyReach wins from 10 accounts. Below 10, Sendable costs less per account: €59 (about $66) against $79. From 10, the $59 rate is lower, and at 25 accounts Sendable costs €1,475 (about $1,649) against $999 at HeyReach, Skylead or ReactIn. The case for Sendable is not the sending price; it is that the leads come with it.
Best for: agencies and small teams, up to about 10 accounts, whose clients pay for meetings and whose bottleneck is the list, not the sending. Two of Sendable's case studies are agencies finding their own clients on LinkedIn.
Limits: no white label, no merged inbox, no email channel and no public API. The full list is below.
