The best Expandi alternative depends on what made you look. Of the seven tools compared here: to keep a dedicated IP, branching and email for less, Dripify at $79 a seat. For unlimited email accounts and image personalization in the seat, Skylead at $100. For a dedicated mobile proxy and intent signals, La Growth Machine. For a dedicated IP at $59, Meet Alfred. For 10 LinkedIn accounts or more on one bill, HeyReach. To have the leads found on LinkedIn and checked by AI, Sendable. For the lowest price, Waalaxy. Stay with Expandi if its Mobile Connector and automatic warm-up already work for you.
Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the seven tools below. It sits where the stated scoring rule puts it among the seven LinkedIn tools compared, fifth. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own site, checked on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.
My verdict: Expandi is not a bad tool to leave, it is an expensive one to keep at $99 a seat. Four alternatives document the same four foundations, and Dripify does it for the same $99, or $79 without team management. So most people leaving should pick by the one thing Expandi does not give them: a lower price, email at scale, or people worth writing to.
What Expandi does, and what it costs in November 2026
Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool that "runs multichannel sequences across LinkedIn and email", in the words of its lead generation page, which also says it is "trusted by 15,000+ users". It runs from its own servers, so nothing depends on your computer staying on. Four things define it:
- Account safety. Its pricing page lists "Cloud-based software", a "Dedicated country-based IP-address", a "Profile Auto Warm-up" that starts slowly and lets you "adjust the rate of growth during the warm-up phase", and "Smart algorithms for limit ranges" on connections, messages, InMails and event invites.
- Branching sequences with conditional logic. "Combine connection requests, LinkedIn follow-ups, InMail, and email in one conditional flow." The pricing page counts 10 campaign types; the lead generation page says 11, including a Mobile Connector campaign that uses LinkedIn's mobile invitation limit.
- Lead sources and triggers. Nine search options: "Sales Navigator filters, Recruiter Lite filters, Boolean search, post engagers, group members, event attendees, company employees, profile URL lists, or CSV import". It can also "reach out the moment a prospect views your profile, engages with your post, joins a group, or attends an event."
- Workspaces for teams and agencies. Roles and permissions, client reports and white label on the Agency plan.
Around them: a global inbox for every LinkedIn account and email address, CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, webhooks, and an MCP server for AI assistants, announced on every page with "Expandi MCP is here". Image and GIF personalization "requires an additional cost", and video goes through Sendspark, a paid add-on.

Plans from its pricing page, checked on November 3, 2026, in US dollars:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Seats | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business | $99 per seat | $79 per seat a month | Not capped on the page | Dedicated country-based IP, auto warm-up, 10 campaign types, email follow-ups, blacklist, integrations |
| Agency | Custom quote | Custom quote | 10 or more | Roles and permissions, client reports, white label, a dedicated customer success manager |
The trial lasts 7 days. Its lead generation page says the account "goes live within two minutes" with "no credit card required", and the signup form asks only for an email and a password. Its terms, last updated on August 25, 2026, set the rest: "Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the applicable subscription will automatically commence", "subscription fees paid by the Customer are non-refundable", and a cancellation "shall take effect at the end of the then-current subscription period".
A note on stale facts. Some pages that rank for this query say it has no native email, or that its MCP is still in beta. Its pricing page lists email follow-ups inside the same sequence, and the MCP is live.
Why do people look for an Expandi alternative?
Expandi is well rated. On Trustpilot it scores 4.4 out of 5 from 235 reviews, with 75% five stars and 19% one star, read on November 3, 2026; most recent five-star reviews thank a named onboarding specialist. The one-star reviews, and Expandi's own pages, point to five reasons people leave.
- The price. At $99 a seat on monthly billing, Expandi costs more for one account than the entry plan of every other tool on this page except Skylead, and image personalization costs extra. A one-star review from August 2025 opens: "Just terrible. Horrendously expensive."
- Accounts restricted anyway. A dedicated IP and a warm-up lower the risk, they do not remove it. A June 2026 review reads: "Within one and a half month our account got restricted". Expandi's terms say it "is not responsible for any decision, restriction, suspension or termination imposed by a connected third-party service, including LinkedIn." That holds for every tool below.
- The trial turns paid on its own. The trial needs no card up front, but the subscription starts automatically when it ends and fees are non-refundable. A reviewer who tried to cancel during a trial in July 2025 wrote that "$99 was charged" anyway.
- A learning curve. Trustpilot's summary of recent reviews notes "the interface can be difficult to learn initially". The same depth is what fans like: "There's a learning curve, but Expandi definitely has more granular control and visibility than HeyReach", a five-star review from December 2025.
- You still decide who to write to. Expandi sends to searches and lists you define, plus a few triggers. Its pages describe no check of each person against your ideal customer. If your replies are low because the list is wrong, a cheaper sender will not fix it.
Two hundred thirty-five reviews against 15,000 users is a small sample, so read reasons 2 to 4 as risks to test during a trial, not as verdicts.
The 7 Expandi alternatives compared at a glance
Prices checked on November 3, 2026, in the vendor's currency, for one account. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66 and €120 about $134.
| Tool | Monthly, 1 account | Annual billing, per month | Email in the sequence | Finds the people | Free trial | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Expandi (reference) | $99 per seat | $79 | Yes | 9 search sources, 4 triggers | 7 days, no card | Branching with InMail and email |
| Dripify | $79 (Pro), $99 (Advanced) | $59, $79 | Yes, every plan | LinkedIn posts as a daily source | 7 days, no card, no auto charge | The same safety setup for less |
| Skylead | $100 per seat | On a call | Yes, unlimited email accounts | B2B database, post signals | 7 days | Email at scale, images included |
| La Growth Machine | €60 (Basic), €120 (Pro) | €50, €100 | Yes | 27M+ company database, intent signals on Pro | 14 days, no card | A mobile proxy and email per sender |
| Meet Alfred | $59 (LinkedIn Only), $69 (Multi-Channel) | $39, $49 | Multi-Channel plan, plus X | Post, ad, event and group engagers | 7 days, no card, no auto charge | A dedicated IP at $59 a seat |
| Sendable | €59 (about $66) | €590 a year | No | 14 LinkedIn signals, AI check | 7 days, card, nothing charged before the end | Leads found and qualified for you |
| HeyReach | $79 per sender | $64 | Through Instantly or Smartlead | No, lists you import | 14 days, 3 accounts, no card | 10 accounts or more on one bill |
| Waalaxy | $19 (Pro), $39, $69 | $16, $32, $55 | Business plan | Profile visitors, post commenters | 14 days, card required | The lowest price, with ready-made sequences |
The first question to settle: is Expandi's sending the problem, or the list it sends to? Dripify, HeyReach, Meet Alfred and Waalaxy replace the sending; Skylead and La Growth Machine add a contact database, and Sendable finds and qualifies the people from LinkedIn signals.
How each alternative scores on Expandi's own four criteria
Expandi's lead generation page names the four things that, in its words, "separate the scalable ones from those that get your account flagged: account safety architecture, campaign branching depth, signal-based triggers, and multi-account workspace support." I scored every tool on those four, from its own site. "Yes" means the vendor documents it on November 3, 2026; "No" means its site says it does not, or describes another way; a dash means its site does not say.
| Tool | Dedicated IP or proxy per account | If/else branching | Signal triggers | Teams or workspaces | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Expandi | Yes, country-based IP | Yes | Profile views, post engagement, groups, events | Yes | 4 |
| Dripify | Yes, dedicated IP in your location | Yes | Engagement on any LinkedIn post | Advanced plan | 4 |
| Skylead | Yes, a proxy from your login country | Yes, 7 conditions | Post engagement | Yes, agency dashboard on Agency | 4 |
| La Growth Machine | Yes, dedicated mobile proxy | Yes | Intent signals on Pro | Yes, workspaces as an add-on | 4 |
| Meet Alfred | Yes, dedicated IP per account | On its pricing page; its help center shows linear steps | Post, ad, event and group engagers | Agency plan, 3 seats minimum | 4 |
| Sendable | No proxy or IP setting | Yes | 14 signals | Yes, one team per client | 3 |
| HeyReach | Yes, dedicated residential proxy | Yes, "If connected" | No, through RB2B, Clay or other tools | Yes | 3 |
| Waalaxy | - | No, ready-made sequences only | Profile visitors and post commenters, every 12 hours | Yes, Team (its FAQ says Enterprise) | 2 |
Four of the seven alternatives match Expandi on all four of its own criteria: Dripify, Skylead, La Growth Machine and Meet Alfred. So "is there an alternative as safe as Expandi" has a plain answer: yes, on paper, from $59 a seat. Nobody publishes restriction rates, so no page, this one included, can tell you which is safer in practice.
How I picked and ranked these tools
Four conditions, applied to every candidate:
- It sends LinkedIn invitations and messages from the vendor's cloud, like Expandi. That leaves out desktop software such as Linked Helper, browser extensions such as Dux-Soup, and lemlist, whose help center says its Chrome extension "is required for LinkedIn automation".
- It is priced per LinkedIn account, seat or user, so a seat compares with a seat. That leaves out PhantomBuster, billed by automation slots and hours of execution time.
- Its price is public on its own site, checked on November 3, 2026.
- At least two of the six articles that rank for "expandi alternative" name it. I read the ones published by Salesforge, Skylead, Botdog, We-Connect, SalesRobot and Modern Inbound. Meet Alfred is on all six, Dripify on five, Waalaxy, La Growth Machine and lemlist on three, HeyReach on two.
Two exceptions, stated: Skylead is named by its own page only, but it sells the closest product at almost the same price ($100 against $99), so it is the like-for-like benchmark. Sendable is in because I build it. The vendors who rank themselves first on those pages (Botdog, Salesforge, We-Connect, SalesRobot) are named once each, so they are out. For the wider market, my roundup of LinkedIn automation tools scores 11 of them on cloud sending, lead finding, inbox and email.
The ranking is mechanical. A tool scores one point for each of Expandi's four criteria its site documents, on any public plan, add-ons included. Inside a score, the monthly price for one account on the cheapest plan that carries every point it scored breaks the tie, converted to dollars at the ECB rate. That gives Dripify ($99 on Advanced), Skylead ($100), La Growth Machine (€120, about $134) and Meet Alfred ($237, the 3-seat minimum of its Agency plan) 4 points; Sendable (about $66) and HeyReach ($79) 3; and Waalaxy 2.
Every alternatives page on this site uses the same method; the hub of LinkedIn automation alternatives puts Expandi and the eight other tools in one table, with who should leave each one.
1. Dripify

Dripify is the closest match to Expandi's safety setup at a lower cost. Its pricing FAQ describes a "Dedicated IP", "a consistent IP address tied to your account, in your location", cloud sending, actions "spaced with randomised timing" inside your working hours, and "Adaptive activity control", where "your sending pace adjusts to your account's own activity and history". Every plan runs LinkedIn and email sequences "using a variety of LinkedIn & email actions, delays and conditions", with daily limits "of up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages a day" and 30 Sales Navigator InMails. Its homepage lists 9 lead sources, including "Any LinkedIn post as a daily source of new leads"; high-intent signals are marked "coming soon".
Price (checked November 3, 2026): Pro at $79 per user a month and Advanced at $99, or $59 and $79 billed annually. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, and Advanced "adds team management", with roles and permissions. 7-day trial with no card, and "When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically".
Best for: one person or a small sales team leaving Expandi over price, who wants the dedicated IP, branching and email follow-ups to stay. If you later leave Dripify too, my Dripify alternatives guide sorts the options by reason.
Limits: team management costs the same $99 as Expandi's Business seat, image personalization and a Mobile Connector campaign are not on its pricing page, and its own signals are still "coming soon".
2. Skylead

Skylead sells the same kind of seat as Expandi, one dollar more, with email infrastructure inside. Each seat includes "Unlimited email accounts", 100,000 emails a month, "Infinite email warm-up" for deliverability, an email finder and verifier, a B2B database, post signals and "Unlimited Image & GIF personalization", the add-on Expandi charges for. Its smart sequences "Use 8 actions and 7 if/else conditions", including paid and free InMails. Its help center says it "uses a proxy from your original login country", so LinkedIn sees one IP address.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): All-in-one at $100 per seat a month. Agency, as a "First-year promotion", at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats, with a client dashboard, a unified inbox for client conversations and a white label option. Annual billing "Pay 10 months & get 2 months free" goes through a call. 7-day free trial.
Best for: teams that send as much email as invitations and want warm-up, mailboxes and image personalization in one seat.
Limits: the annual price is not public, the $999 Agency price is a first-year promotion, so ask what year two costs, and the warm-up on its pricing page is for email inboxes, not LinkedIn accounts.
3. La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine bills per identity, "one person who sends: their LinkedIn account and their email inboxes, each with its own dedicated mobile proxy". Every plan runs LinkedIn and email sequences with voice messages, AI messages and a database of 27M+ companies. Pro adds custom sequences "with steps, delays and conditions across channels", a multichannel inbox, an MCP server, an API and "Intent Signals included", described as "Social, career, audience fit and inbound signals". Teammates join free: 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Ultimate. Workspaces are an add-on on every plan.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): per identity a month, Basic €60 (up to 3 identities), Pro €120 and Ultimate €180, or €50, €100 and €150 on yearly billing. Invoices are always in euros, and a dollar toggle shows a conversion. From 3 identities on Pro, an "Outreach Expert" is included. 14-day trial, no credit card.
Best for: teams that want LinkedIn and email from the same sender, a mobile proxy per sender and intent signals, with teammates free.
Limits: the plan that scores 4 points is Pro, so the like-for-like price is about $134 a month per sender, a third more than Expandi, and Basic is capped at 3 identities and 3 active campaigns. Its own replacements are compared in La Growth Machine alternatives.
4. Meet Alfred

Meet Alfred is the one tool all six ranking pages name. Its outreach "runs from cloud infrastructure", with "no browser extension", and its infrastructure page says "Each account gets a unique, dedicated IP"; you can also bring your own proxy. Campaigns run "with smart delays and randomized, human-like activity patterns", by default from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Lead sources include people who liked or commented on any post, LinkedIn ad engagers, event attendees, group members and newsletter subscribers, plus an AI search that turns a plain description into a list. From Multi-Channel, one sequence can "combine LinkedIn, Email, and Twitter (X) actions", the only X steps on this page. The Agency plan adds team workspaces, roles, a collaborative inbox, native HubSpot and Salesforce sync and white label.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): LinkedIn Only at $59 per seat a month, Multi-Channel at $69, Agency at $79 with a 3-seat minimum ($237), or $39, $49 and $59 billed annually. 7-day trial with no card; when it ends, your campaigns pause until you subscribe, and its refund policy reads: "Once upgraded, we do not offer refunds."
Best for: one person who wants a dedicated IP for $59 a month, or X outreach next to LinkedIn and email.
Limits: its help center documents campaigns as a list of steps rather than an if/else builder, it recommends "disabling 2FA on your LinkedIn account" to connect, and its help center still lists other prices than its pricing page, so check the total at checkout.
5. Sendable

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.
Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach does the part Expandi leaves to you: deciding who is worth writing to. Fourteen signals collect people from what they do on LinkedIn: job postings, job changes, people active on LinkedIn, engagement on chosen posts, on influencers' posts or on competitor company pages, keyword posts, poll voters, newsletter subscribers, profile viewers, followers of your profile or of a company page you manage, event attendees, your first-degree connections and people LinkedIn suggests. You describe your ideal customer in plain words; an AI checks every person against it and keeps only the matches, each with a reason. The LinkedIn keyword tracker guide shows one signal end to end.
What it does on the sending side, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:
- Branching sequences. Steps to send an invitation, visit a profile, send a message (text, attachments or voice messages, with up to 10 A/B variants), like the last post, withdraw an invitation and find an email or phone number, plus two conditions: "Invitation accepted" within a number of days, and a condition on a lead's field. A reply ends that lead's sequence.
- Limits per account. By default 30 invitations and 30 new conversations a day when the account has Premium or Sales Navigator, 20 otherwise, and 20 profile visits (capped at 30). Each action is spaced at a random interval inside the campaign's working hours.
- Teams. One workspace, one team per client or market, each with its own LinkedIn accounts, signals, campaigns, leads and inbox. Inviting teammates is free: "only LinkedIn accounts use seats."
- No double contact. A team blacklist is checked before every send.
Price (checked November 3, 2026): €59 a month per connected account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers. Each account includes 500 credits a month, one per lead that matches your ideal customer; lists you import straight into a campaign, such as an Expandi export, use no credits. Each team runs up to 5 signals at once. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one LinkedIn account and 3 signals. Every plan detail is on the pricing page.
On safety, Expandi wins: it gives each account a dedicated IP and warms new profiles up automatically, and Sendable does neither. The case for Sendable is not the sending; it is that the leads come qualified.
Best for: founders, small sales teams and agencies whose problem is the list, not the sender, and who are happy on LinkedIn alone. The case studies give four companies' numbers, with the outreach run by Sendable's team.
Limits: no email step, no InMail, no proxy setting and no warm-up. The full list is below.
