# LinkedIn Automation for Agencies: 11 Tools Scored on Client Work

> Eleven LinkedIn automation tools scored on the five jobs of an agency running client accounts: client workspaces, a shared inbox, white label, per-account billing and client reports, priced at 3, 10 and 30 accounts.

## TL;DR

- An agency needs five things a single user can ignore: client workspaces, one inbox for every account, white label, billing per LinkedIn account with free logins, and reports a client can read. Expandi and Skylead document all five on their own sites (November 3, 2026).
- HeyReach and Linked Helper document four. HeyReach has no client report on its pages; Linked Helper runs on your own computer and shows one account's inbox at a time.
- White label ranges from a logo in the app to your own domain, sign-in page, help center and resale rights. Where the price is public, it costs $700 to $999 a month at 10 accounts (Salesflow, HeyReach).
- LinkedIn's User Agreement says members will not share their account and names both routes tools use to connect one: sharing log-in credentials and copying cookies. No connection method changes that; it only decides who holds the password.
- Sendable, the product I build, ranks seventh: one team per client, free logins and leads found from LinkedIn signals, but no white label, no merged inbox and no client report.

**LinkedIn automation for agencies** runs on the same engine as for anyone else, plus five jobs a solo user never has: keeping each client apart, answering replies from many accounts, putting the agency's brand on the app, paying per client account and reporting to clients. I scored 11 tools on those five jobs from each vendor's own site on November 3, 2026. Expandi and Skylead document all five. HeyReach and Linked Helper document four. Salesflow and Meet Alfred are the cheapest public routes to white label. And whatever the tool, [LinkedIn's User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) says members "will not share your account with anyone else", which is what an agency running client accounts asks its clients to do.

Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the 11. It ranks seventh by the rule below, because it has no white label, no merged inbox and no client report. Every price and feature of the other ten comes from the vendor's own site, opened on November 3, 2026; every Sendable feature was checked in its code the same day.

My verdict: **pick the tool by what your clients buy from you.** If they buy sending capacity on lists they give you, HeyReach. If they buy a platform with your name on it, Skylead, Salesflow or Meet Alfred. If they buy meetings and the list is the bottleneck, a tool that finds the people: ReactIn past 25 accounts, Sendable for a handful of clients who each need their own signals.

## What does an agency need from a LinkedIn automation tool?

An agency managing multiple LinkedIn accounts for clients needs the five things a single user can ignore, each with a test you can run during a trial. They are the five columns of the scoring below. A sixth question, who holds each client's password, matters as much but is not scored, because no tool answers it fully: it has [its own section](#who-should-hold-a-client-s-linkedin-password).

1. **Client workspaces.** Each client's LinkedIn accounts, leads, campaigns and conversations kept apart under the agency's login, so a teammate working for client A never messages client B's prospects. Test: create two clients and check that a lead list, a blacklist and the replies stay in their own space.
2. **A shared inbox.** Replies from several LinkedIn accounts in one list, so one person can answer 20 clients without switching accounts. Test: connect two accounts and see whether their replies land in the same list.
3. **White label.** The agency's brand on what the client sees. It goes from a logo in the app to your own domain, sign-in page, help center and the right to resell, detailed in [what white label covers](#what-does-white-label-cover-and-what-does-it-cost).
4. **Per-account billing.** You pay per connected LinkedIn account, and teammates, assistants and clients log in free, so each client's cost is one line you can rebill. Test: read the pricing FAQ for what a seat is.
5. **Client reports.** Numbers you can hand to a client without rebuilding them: a report made for clients, or one you can schedule, download or share. Test: produce last month's report for one client in five minutes.

Account safety is the other question every agency asks. Every tool here claims it and none can prove it from outside, so it stays out of the score; the [guide to safe LinkedIn automation](https://getsendable.io/resources/is-linkedin-automation-safe) covers what lowers the risk.

## The best LinkedIn automation tools for agencies at a glance

Prices checked on November 3, 2026, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank reference rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66. The 10-account price is the cheapest public plan that has every agency feature the tool scores.

| # | Tool | Agency features | Billed per | 10 accounts a month | White label | Best for |

| 6 | Meet Alfred | 3 of 5 | Seat | $790 (Agency) | Agency plan | White label and scheduled reports from 3 seats |
| 7 | Sendable | 2 of 5 | LinkedIn account | €590 (about $660) | No | Leads found and qualified, one team per client |
| 8 | ReactIn | 2 of 5 | Sender, or bundle | $690 (Growth) | Not on its site | Intent signals, up to 50 senders for $999 |
| 9 | SalesRobot | 2 of 5 | LinkedIn account | $990 (Professional), white label on top | Reseller program, price not public | Reselling software under your own subdomain |
| 10 | La Growth Machine | 2 of 5 | Identity | €1,200 (about $1,341), workspaces add-on | Not on its site | LinkedIn and email from the same sender |
| 11 | Waalaxy | 1 of 5 | User | Enterprise quote | Not on its site | One person, one account, a small budget |

The score counts how many of the five agency jobs the vendor's own site documents. It says nothing about message quality or account safety, which no one can measure from outside.

## Which agency features each tool documents

"Yes" means the vendor's own site documents the feature on November 3, 2026, paid plans and add-ons included. A dash means its site does not say, not that the tool cannot. I counted a shared inbox only where the site says replies from several accounts land in one list; an inbox that merges LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, or LinkedIn and email, for one account does not count.

| Tool | Client workspaces | Shared inbox | White label | Team and clients free | Client reports |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------- | ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Expandi | Yes (Workspaces) | Yes (Global Inbox) | Agency plan, on a call | Yes, "at no additional cost" | "Transparent reports for clients" |
| Skylead | Agency plan | Agency plan (Unibox) | Option | Yes, unlimited team members | Client performance overview |

| Linked Helper | Yes, a Guest role for clients | One account at a time | Name and logo | Yes, licenses follow accounts | Client reporting dashboard, downloadable |
| Salesflow | Client access, global dashboard | LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, merging accounts not stated | Every plan | - | Reports given to clients |
| Meet Alfred | Agency plan ("per client or squad") | Team inbox, merging not stated | Agency plan | - | Scheduled CSV and PDF exports |
| Sendable | Yes, one team per client | One account at a time | No | Yes | No, a team dashboard and CSV exports |
| ReactIn | - | Yes, "every reply from every sender" | - | Yes | - |
| SalesRobot | Agency dashboard, with white label | LinkedIn and email, merging not stated | Reseller program | - | - |
| La Growth Machine | Add-on | - | - | Yes (3, 25 or unlimited) | - |
| Waalaxy | Enterprise, 5+ users | - | - | - | - |

No tool here is cheap and complete at once. The two with all five keep part of them behind a sales call (Expandi's Agency plan) or a first-year price and an agreement (Skylead). HeyReach has the most agency features at a fully public price.

## How I picked and ranked these tools

Four conditions, applied to every candidate:

- **LinkedIn is its main channel and it sends invitations and messages from accounts you connect**, from the vendor's cloud or a desktop app. That leaves out email-first platforms that added LinkedIn, such as lemlist, Reply.io and Salesforge.
- **Its price is public on its own site**, checked on November 3, 2026.
- **At least two of the five pages that rank for "linkedin automation for agencies" name it, or its site sells a plan or program for agencies.** I read Salesforge's list of 11 tools, Clearout's 12 by use case, Swydo's 62 tools for agencies, Linked Helper's agency guide and Gojiberry's agency list, the page Google's AI Overview cited on this query. ReactIn and SalesRobot qualify through their agency plan and white label program. Sendable is in because I build it.
- **Its own site documents at least one of the five agency features.** Dripify and Dux-Soup pass the first three conditions and fail this one: their pricing pages list team management and shared team campaigns, but no client workspace, merged inbox, white label, free seat or client report.

The ranking is mechanical. A tool scores one point per agency feature its site documents. Inside a score, the monthly price of 10 LinkedIn accounts on the cheapest public plan with every scored feature breaks the tie, cheapest first. When one of those features has no public price (a sales call, an agreement, an add-on set up on a call), the tool comes after the fully priced ones, ordered by the public part of its price. Per-seat and per-user tools count one seat per LinkedIn account.

That gives Expandi and Skylead 5 points, HeyReach and Linked Helper 4, Salesflow and Meet Alfred 3, Sendable, ReactIn, SalesRobot and La Growth Machine 2, and Waalaxy 1.

## 1. Expandi

[Expandi](https://expandi.io/pricing/) documents all five agency jobs, though two of them sit in an Agency plan sold on a call. Its [Workspaces page](https://expandi.io/workspaces/) says to "Invite teammates or customers to your Workspace at no additional cost", and to "Invite your coworkers or clients to add their account via Expandi", with custom roles and the option to "Share all accounts or just select a few with other users". Its [agency page](https://expandi.io/agency/) adds "Expandi supports 110+ permissions", and its Global Inbox, in [Expandi's own words](https://expandi.io/blog/linkedin-multi-account-inbox/), "brings every campaign conversation from every LinkedIn account in your workspace into a single, sorted view."

Every seat carries the safety half of the agency question: a "Dedicated country-based IP-address", a "Profile Auto Warm-up", daily limits on connections, messages, InMails and event invites, 10 campaign types, email follow-ups, duplication prevention and a blacklist. The Agency plan adds "Flexible Roles & Permission Management", "Transparent reports for clients" and "Use Expandi under your own brand".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 on annual billing (20% off). Agency, for "10+ teams or seeking a white-label solution", is priced on a call; the FAQ says "The more seats you acquire, the greater your potential discounts." 7-day free trial.

**Best for:** agencies that rent or create sender profiles and want the IP, the warm-up and the client reports handled in one tool.

**Limits:** white label and client reports come with a quote, so you cannot compare their price before a call, and at $99 a seat 10 accounts cost $990 against $590 on HeyReach's Growth plan. The [Expandi alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/expandi-alternatives) page compares it seat by seat.

## 2. Skylead

![Skylead pricing on November 3, 2026: Agency at $999 for 25 seats in the first year, with a white label option](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/linkedin-automation-for-agencies/skylead-agency-plan.webp)

[Skylead](https://skylead.io/pricing/) puts every agency job in one plan, with email inside the seat. The Agency plan lists an "Agency dashboard for all clients & seats", a "Unibox for all client conversations", "Granular client roles & permissions", "Invite unlimited agency co-workers", "Client performance overview & risk alerts" and a "White-label solution option" with "Branded customer support & Help Center". Its [agency page](https://skylead.io/agencies/) says that "White labeling is an optional agency feature", so the dashboard, permissions and inbox work without it.

Each seat includes LinkedIn automation, "Unlimited email accounts", 100,000 emails a month, email warm-up, a B2B database and post signals.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** All-in-one at $100 per seat a month. Agency, as a "First-year promotion", at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats. Annual billing: "Pay 10 months & get 2 months free". White label is listed "Per agreement". 7-day free trial.

**Best for:** agencies that want client workspaces, one inbox and client reporting plus real email outreach, without a second tool.

**Limits:** the $999 is a first-year price, so ask what year two costs; the white label price is not public; and below 10 accounts the Agency plan costs as much as 25 seats.

## 3. HeyReach

[HeyReach](https://www.heyreach.io/pricing) is the default many agencies start from: it is built around many senders for one fee. Its [agency page](https://www.heyreach.io/for-agencies) promises "Separate workspaces for every client" with "Isolated data, controlled access", a unified inbox that keeps "your client's private messages private", and a white label that lets you "Rebrand HeyReach completely. Your logo, your colors, your domain, your sign-in page. Clients see your product, not ours." The pricing FAQ adds that it does not charge "for adding team mates, VAs, clients or users".

Sending rotates between the accounts of a campaign, and email goes through native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Growth at $79 per sender a month, dropping to $59 each from 10 senders (the calculator shows $590 for 10). Agency at $999 for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, with white label for one brand and your own proxies. Unlimited at $2,999 for up to 300 senders, with extra brands at $500 each. Quarterly billing takes 10% off, yearly 20%. The FAQ describes a 14-day trial with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no credit card.

**Best for:** agencies running 10 to 50 accounts on lists the client or another tool provides.

**Limits:** its pricing and agency pages describe no report for clients (the "Weekly + monthly reports" belong to its Done for you service), white label costs $999 even for 10 accounts, and it finds no leads. The [HeyReach alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/heyreach-alternatives) page covers the reasons agencies leave it.

## 4. Linked Helper

[Linked Helper](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing) has the deepest client separation for the lowest price, with one catch: it is desktop software, where every other tool here is cloud-based. Its pricing page says "Linked Helper is desktop software on both versions" and that the computer "has to be on and running the app". Its [agency page](https://www.linkedhelper.com/solutions/agencies) describes "Separate workspaces for each client", workspace roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Guest), access levels per account (Owner, Manager, Editor, Viewer) and a client invited "as a Guest with view-only access".

Two agency details no other tool here documents as clearly. Operators run a client's account without the password: "Only the account owner can view or edit the password." And a "Dashboard for Client Reporting" tracks "acceptance rate, reply rate, and daily activity by account" so you can "download the numbers for your client report". The inbox handles one account's LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter conversations; with cloud storage you "switch to another client's conversations without opening that account's instance".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** one license per LinkedIn account: Local Standard at $15 a month, Cloud Standard at $29.90, before discounts that "multiply": 10% from 10 licenses, 20% from 20, 30% from 50, and up to 45% for a 12-month term. White label replaces "the Linked Helper name and logo in the Launcher and account windows" and "does not include reselling"; its price is not on the page. 14-day trial with "Full Pro access", no credit card.

**Best for:** agencies on a tight budget that can keep a computer or a VPS running, and want view-only client access and downloadable report numbers.

**Limits:** campaigns stop when the machine is off, replies are read one account at a time, and white label covers the app's name and logo only.

## 5. Salesflow

![Salesflow pricing on November 3, 2026: UI customisation on every plan, a white label login URL from the Pro plan](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/linkedin-automation-for-agencies/salesflow-white-label-plans.webp)

[Salesflow](https://salesflow.io/pricing) is the cheapest public route to an app with your brand on it. "UI Customisation: Add your brand to the platform" is on every plan, and "Whitelabel URL & Access Customisation: Custom login URL for your workspace" starts with Pro. Its [agency page](https://salesflow.io/agency) describes adding "your logos & title your browser tab", your own colour palette, "customised client access to select & manage what your clients can see", a global dashboard across client accounts, and "giving them direct access to a private inbox and detailed reports".

Every plan includes LinkedIn and email sequences, "Campaign Intelligence and Analytics" and an inbox that gathers "conversations from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator in a single inbox".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per seat, falling with volume: Basic $99 (1 seat or more), Starter from $70 (5 or more), Pro from $39.95 (20 or more), Agency from $29.98 (50 or more) and Enterprise from $24.99 (100 or more); the last two require "annual commitment, billed monthly". 6-month billing takes 15% off, 12-month 30%. 7-day free trial, no card.

**Best for:** agencies past 20 accounts reselling a branded LinkedIn and email service: at 30 seats, Pro costs $1,198.50 a month.

**Limits:** its pricing page does not say whether a seat is a user or a LinkedIn account, so ask; the custom login URL needs Pro, so at least $799 a month; and its pages do not describe one inbox across accounts.

## 6. Meet Alfred

[Meet Alfred](https://meetalfred.com/pricing) sells a plan named Agency, priced in public. It adds "Custom White Label", "Team Workspaces" ("Separate workspaces per client or squad, with their own leads and campaigns"), a "Collaborative Inbox for Lead Conversations" to "Assign threads, leave internal notes and never double-reply to a prospect", and "Team-wide dashboards plus scheduled CSV and PDF exports". Its plans run LinkedIn, email and X, with Sales Navigator, InMail, group and event campaigns from the Multi-Channel plan.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per seat a month, LinkedIn Only $59, Multi-Channel $69, Agency $79 from 3 seats ($237), or $39, $49 and $59 on annual billing. Unlimited is on a quote, and the calculator suggests talking to sales from 10 seats.

**Best for:** small agencies that want white label, client workspaces and a PDF report to send each month, from 3 accounts.

**Limits:** its pages do not say whether the team inbox merges several LinkedIn accounts or whether teammates cost a seat, and at $79 a seat it costs more than HeyReach from 10 accounts.

## 7. Sendable

![Sendable inbox for one LinkedIn account: conversations by day with Interested and team labels](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/linkedin-crm/inbox-conversation-list.webp)

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.

[Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach](https://getsendable.io/) finds the people before it writes to them. Signals collect who just did something on LinkedIn (a [job change](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-job-change-alerts), a [profile view](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-profile-viewers), a [follow of a competitor's page](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-company-followers), a hiring post, a comment), an AI checks each person against the ideal customer you describe and gives a reason, and the ones that fit enter a LinkedIn sequence you write. For an agency, that structure is one team per client, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:

- **A workspace with one team per client.** The workspace "holds your plan, your members and all your teams", and the New team dialog reads: "A team has its own LinkedIn accounts, signals, campaigns, leads and inbox." Its name field suggests "Client B, Marketing, France...". One LinkedIn account belongs to one team at a time.
- **Free logins.** The invite dialog says "Inviting is free: only LinkedIn accounts use seats." A client invited from their team's page joins that team only.
- **Accounts rotate inside a campaign.** A campaign has one account list, "Shared by every step". New leads go to the next account in turn, skipping a disconnected one and preferring one with quota left, and a lead keeps the account that started with it. "Force sender" pins a step to one account.
- **An inbox read one account at a time,** switched with a row of avatars that each show their unread count. A member set to "Own inbox" sees only the accounts they connected. A reply stops that lead's sequences, and "Auto Interested" lets an AI tag interested leads.
- **No double contact inside a client.** A team blacklist is checked before every send, "even mid-sequence", and a lead already active in another live campaign of the team waits for your approval.
- **Reports by team:** a funnel from "Invites sent" to "Accepted", "Contacted", "Replied" and "Interested", with acceptance, reply and interested rates, filtered by campaign, account and period, plus CSV exports of the leads behind a number and Slack alerts to each member.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** €59 a month per connected LinkedIn account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers and no volume discount: the [pricing page](https://getsendable.io/pricing) says so in its agency FAQ. The workspace holds one subscription for every team. Each account adds 500 credits a month, one per lead that matches the ideal customer, spent by the team that owns the account, so one client's signals never drain another's. Lists imported straight into a campaign use no credits. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends, with one LinkedIn account, 20 credits and 3 signals.

**Best for:** agencies whose clients pay for meetings and whose bottleneck is the list, not the sending, with a few clients that each need their own signals and ideal customer. Two of Sendable's [case studies](https://getsendable.io/case-studies) are agencies finding their own clients on LinkedIn.

**Limits:** no white label, no merged inbox, no client report and no email. The full list is [below](#where-sendable-falls-short-for-an-agency).

## 8. ReactIn

[ReactIn](https://www.reactin.io/pricing) sells many senders plus the step before sending. Its pricing page reads "Pay for the LinkedIn accounts you connect, nothing else", and every plan captures "signals from social networks, webinars, calendars, and 10+ sources" with AI segmentation. Its [agency page](https://www.reactin.io/solutions/agencies) promises "Every reply from every sender in one inbox, with labels to route conversations", daily limits and working hours per account, and an API, webhooks and MCP.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Basic at $29 per sender a month (signals and enrichment, "No Outreach"), Growth at $69 per sender with "Sender Rotation", Agency at $999 a month for up to 50 senders with "centralized control of 10+ client accounts". 7-day free trial, no credit card, extended if you get no replies in that time.

**Best for:** agencies past 25 accounts that want signals included: 30 senders cost $999 a month.

**Limits:** its pages describe no separate client workspaces, no white label and no client reports.

## 9. SalesRobot

[SalesRobot](https://www.salesrobot.co/pricing) bills per LinkedIn account and sells its software for agencies to resell. Its [white label page](https://www.salesrobot.co/whitelabel) offers "your version of SalesRobot, done entirely in your colors and branding, located under the subdomain of your choice, without any additional set-up costs", with its support team and help center "under your brand", an agency dashboard to "oversee all clients in one place", and "a lower price per seat as your client base grows". The page also advertises "40% of the first month, 20% up to month 12" for reselling it.

Every plan has "Advanced dashboard & reports" and an AI appointment setter; Professional adds team management, roles and "Prevent duplicate outreach".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per LinkedIn account a month, Basic $59 (one active campaign), Advanced $79 and Professional $99, or $39, $59 and $79 on annual billing. The white label price is not public. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

**Best for:** agencies that want to sell outreach software under their own name rather than run campaigns themselves.

**Limits:** team management starts at $99 an account, the white label price comes on request, and its pages do not describe reports for clients or one inbox across accounts.

## 10. La Growth Machine

[La Growth Machine](https://lagrowthmachine.com/pricing/) bills per identity, a sender with their LinkedIn account and email inboxes, and lets the team in free: "You pay per identity. Your whole team joins for free." Free teammates are capped at 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro and unlimited on Ultimate. Workspaces, "Separate spaces per team or client, each with its own leads and campaigns", are an add-on on every plan that "we set it up with you on a call". Every identity gets a dedicated mobile proxy; Pro adds the multichannel inbox and intent signals.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per identity a month, Basic €60 (up to 3 identities), Pro €120 and Ultimate €180, or €50, €100 and €150 on yearly billing. Its FAQ lists public volume discounts: from 6 identities, 15% off quarterly and 30% off yearly. 14-day trial with one identity, no credit card.

**Best for:** agencies selling LinkedIn plus email from the same sender, with a proxy per identity.

**Limits:** client workspaces are an add-on priced on a call, there is no white label on its site, and 10 identities on Pro cost €1,200 a month (about $1,341). The [La Growth Machine alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/la-growth-machine-alternatives) page compares its multichannel features.

## 11. Waalaxy

[Waalaxy](https://www.waalaxy.com/pricing) is the simplest start on LinkedIn and one of the tools AI assistants name most, but its agency features sit in a plan without a public price. Its FAQ says: "For teams of 5+ users, the Enterprise plan adds team workspaces, analytics, volume discounts, and onboarding." The LinkedIn Inbox is "an optional add-on for €20/month".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026), as shown to a visitor in the United States:** Pro at $19 per user a month with 300 invitations a month, Advanced at $39 with 800 invitations and API access, Business for cold email; Enterprise on a quote. 14-day free trial.

**Best for:** a freelancer or a founder with one account, not an agency with client accounts.

**Limits:** priced per user, team workspaces only on an Enterprise quote, and no white label or client report on its pages. The [Waalaxy alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/waalaxy-alternatives) page covers what replaces it.

## What 3, 10 and 30 client accounts cost

Monthly billing, public prices checked on November 3, 2026, one seat or user per LinkedIn account, on the cheapest public plan that has the agency features each tool scores. Euro amounts are converted at the ECB rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD).

| Tool | Plan | 3 accounts | 10 accounts | 30 accounts |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- | --------------------------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| Expandi | Business; Agency on a call | $297 | $990 | $2,970 |
| Skylead | Agency, first-year price | $999 (25 seats) | $999 (25 seats) | $1,999 (unlimited seats) |
| HeyReach | Agency, for white label | $999 (25 senders) | $999 (25 senders) | $1,399 (50 senders) |
| HeyReach | Growth, without white label | $237 | $590 | $1,399 (Agency, 50 senders) |
| Linked Helper | Cloud Standard | $89.70 | $269.10 | $717.60 |
| Salesflow | Basic, Starter, Pro | $297 | $700 | $1,198.50 |
| Meet Alfred | Agency | $237 | $790 | $2,370 |
| Sendable | One plan | €177 (about $198) | €590 (about $660) | €1,770 (about $1,979) |
| ReactIn | Growth, then Agency | $207 | $690 | $999 (Agency, up to 50) |
| SalesRobot | Professional, white label on top | $297 | $990 | $2,970 |
| La Growth Machine | Basic, then Pro; workspaces add-on on top | €180 (about $201) | €1,200 (about $1,341) | €3,600 (about $4,024) |
| Waalaxy | Pro; team workspaces on Enterprise | $57, no team workspace | Enterprise quote | Enterprise quote |

Three things the table shows. **Bundles win from 10 to 17 accounts**: Skylead's $999 for 25 seats beats its own $100 seat from the 10th, ReactIn's $999 beats $69 senders from the 15th, and HeyReach's $999 beats $59 senders from the 17th, while per-seat tools keep climbing. **Linked Helper is the cheapest at every size among tools with client workspaces**, because your own computer does the work their cloud does. And **a flat price per account is the easiest to rebill**: Sendable, Expandi, Meet Alfred and SalesRobot publish one price per account whatever the size (Expandi and SalesRobot mention lower prices as you grow), so a client's line on your invoice does not depend on how many other clients you have.

The prices do not buy the same thing. Skylead, Salesflow, Meet Alfred, La Growth Machine, Expandi and SalesRobot include email; ReactIn and Sendable find the people; HeyReach includes neither, so add the cost of your list source to its line. Yearly billing also changes the order: HeyReach takes 20% off, Expandi 20%, Salesflow up to 30%, Linked Helper up to 45%, and Sendable bills €590 a year per account.

## What does white label cover, and what does it cost?

White label is not one feature but a scale with four steps, and vendors use the same word for each. Read what the plan puts under your brand before comparing prices:

1. **Your name and logo in the app.** Linked Helper's option replaces its name and logo in the app's windows and "does not include reselling".
2. **Your colors, tab title and client access.** Salesflow's UI customisation on every plan, with control over "what your clients can see".
3. **Your domain and sign-in page.** HeyReach's Agency plan ("your domain, your sign-in page") and Salesflow's custom login URL from Pro.
4. **Your support, help center and resale.** Skylead's option adds branded support and a help center; SalesRobot's program adds both on your subdomain and pays you for reselling it.

| Tool | What carries your brand | Plan | Cheapest public price with it, 10 accounts |
| ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Salesflow | Logo, colors, tab title; login URL from Pro | Every plan; URL from 20 seats | $700, or $799 with your own login URL |
| Meet Alfred | "Custom White Label" | Agency | $790 |
| HeyReach | Logo, colors, domain, sign-in page, one brand | Agency, Unlimited | $999 (25 senders) |
| Skylead | All Skylead solutions, support and help center | Agency option | Not public: "Per agreement" |
| Expandi | "Use Expandi under your own brand" | Agency | Not public: on a call |
| SalesRobot | Colors, branding, your subdomain, support, resale | White label program | Not public |
| Linked Helper | App name and logo, no resale | Option | Not shown on its pages |
| Sendable | None: a workspace logo, team icons and colors | - | - |
| ReactIn, La Growth Machine, Waalaxy | Not on their sites | - | - |

So where the price is public, **white label costs $700 to $999 a month at 10 accounts**, and the cheapest step (a logo and colors) is not the one clients notice most (your domain and sign-in page). If your clients never log in, because you send them a report and book the meetings, you may not need white label at all.

## Who should hold a client's LinkedIn password?

Nobody at the agency, ideally, but no tool makes running a client's account match LinkedIn's rules. The [User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement), effective November 3, 2025, says members agree to "not share or transfer your account or any part of it". Its list of don'ts names both routes automation tools use to connect an account. Members agree not to:

> "Create a false identity on LinkedIn, misrepresent your identity, create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another's account (such as sharing log-in credentials or copying cookies)"

The same list forbids using "bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages". And LinkedIn's help page on [prohibited software](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) warns that members who use such tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down."

For an agency, that risk lands on the client's account, so the connection method decides one thing: who holds the password. Here is what the tools document:

- **The client connects from their own browser.** Sendable's extension "Uses the account open in this browser. No password." HeyReach's preferred route connects "via cookies", which it says means "you don't have to share your LinkedIn credentials". Expandi lets you "Invite your coworkers or clients to add their account".
- **Email and password.** HeyReach's second route asks for "your LinkedIn account's email address and password and 2FA secret key". Sendable's asks for email and password, with "A dedicated session keeps the account connected."
- **A session on your own machine.** Linked Helper runs each account on the computer that runs the app, and only the account owner "can view or edit the password".

LinkedIn's wording covers the cookie route as much as the password one, so pick the route that keeps the password with the client, and write down the rest with each client before the first campaign:

1. **Written consent** to automate their account, naming the tool.
2. **Who reconnects** when the session drops, and how fast.
3. **What happens on a restriction**: who pauses, who appeals, who tells whom.
4. **Daily volumes** you will not exceed, and who may raise them.
5. **What leaves with the client**: lead lists, conversations, blacklist, in a CSV.

One more line belongs in that agreement: **no rented or invented sender profiles.** The clause quoted above forbids creating "a Member profile for anyone other than yourself", and LinkedIn's [Community Report](https://about.linkedin.com/transparency/community-report) for July to December 2025 explains how such profiles end:

> "Our automated defenses blocked 97.8% of the fake accounts we stopped during the July - December 2025 period, with the remaining 2.2% stopped by our manual investigations and restrictions. 99.7% of the fake accounts were stopped proactively, before a member report."

A profile built to send for a client is the kind of account those defenses look for.

## How to run client accounts in Sendable, step by step

The setup for an agency, as the code worked on November 3, 2026. It takes about ten minutes per client once the first one is done.

### Step 1: Create one team per client

In the workspace settings, an owner creates a team per client. Everyone already in the workspace joins each new team automatically, clients included, so after creating a team, remove the other clients from it. The workspace keeps one subscription: every team draws on the same plan, and each account's monthly credits stay with the team that owns the account.

### Step 2: Invite the client to their team only

From the team's page, invite the client by email: the invitation is free and valid for 7 days, and a person invited from a team page joins that team alone. An invitation from the workspace's Members page adds the person to every existing team instead.

### Step 3: Let the client connect their own account

The client signs in and connects LinkedIn with Sendable's Chrome extension, which uses the account open in their browser, so the password never leaves their hands. The account then belongs to that team, and new accounts start at 30 invitations (connection requests) and 30 new conversations a day for Premium or Sales Navigator accounts, 20 for free accounts, and 20 profile visits (30 at most). Above 30 invitations or conversations, or 20 visits, the limits dialog warns that "LinkedIn may ban your account above the recommended daily limits."

### Step 4: Set who sees which inbox

An owner sets each member's inbox access to "All inboxes" or "Own inbox" ("Decide whose LinkedIn inbox this member can see"). A client on "Own inbox" sees only the conversations of the accounts they connected. They remain a member of their team, so they can also open its signals and campaigns: there is no read-only role.

### Step 5: Build the client's signals and campaign

Each signal carries its own ideal customer, so two clients in one workspace never share targeting. In the campaign, select every account the client owns: new leads rotate between them, and each lead keeps its first account. Paste the client's existing customers and past contacts into the team blacklist before launching.

### Step 6: Report from the team's dashboard

Each team's dashboard shows the funnel from invitations to interested leads, with rates, by campaign, account and period. Export the leads behind any number as a CSV, and turn on Slack alerts such as "Lead replied" or "LinkedIn account stopped" for the people who answer that client.

## Where Sendable falls short for an agency

The limits that matter when you run accounts for clients, in my own words:

- **No white label.** Your clients see Sendable. Expandi, Skylead, HeyReach, Salesflow, Meet Alfred, SalesRobot and Linked Helper offer some form of it.
- **No merged inbox.** You read one LinkedIn account at a time. Expandi, Skylead, HeyReach and ReactIn put every account's replies in one list, which is faster at 20 accounts.
- **No client-only role.** Members are owners or members, and a member can change their team's campaigns. Linked Helper's Guest role and Expandi's custom roles are made for clients.
- **No client report.** The dashboard is per team, with no PDF, no share link and no scheduled email. Meet Alfred, Linked Helper, Expandi and Salesflow document reports for clients.
- **No double-contact check across clients.** The blacklist and campaign checks work inside a team, so two clients can reach the same person.
- **Clients join new teams.** Everyone in the workspace joins each team created after them, clients included, so an owner removes them from new teams by hand.
- **One connection per CRM in a workspace.** A "Teams" filter limits which teams sync to the one HubSpot or Attio, but two clients with their own HubSpot need two workspaces, each with its own subscription.
- **No email, no public API, no volume discount.** No email step, no REST API, webhooks, Zapier or Make. There is an MCP server for AI assistants, which works on one team at a time. Every account costs €59, so at 30 accounts Sendable costs about $580 a month more than HeyReach's Agency plan.

## How to choose a LinkedIn automation tool for your agency

Start from what your clients pay you for, then check the accounts you run:

**Your clients buy a platform with your name on it.** Skylead if they also want email in the same seat, Salesflow past 20 accounts for the lowest public price per seat, Meet Alfred from 3 seats, SalesRobot if you want to resell the software itself.

**Your clients give you lists, and you send.** HeyReach from 10 accounts: $59 per sender and $999 for 25, with client workspaces and one inbox. ReactIn at 25 to 50 accounts if signals help.

**Your clients' accounts are new or rented.** Expandi, for a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up per account, and re-read the paragraph on sender profiles above before renting any.

**Your budget is tight and someone keeps a computer on.** Linked Helper, from $15 a month per account, with view-only access for clients.

**Your clients buy meetings, and the list is the bottleneck.** A tool that finds the people: ReactIn past 25 accounts, Sendable up to about 10 accounts or when each client needs its own signals, ideal customer and AI verdicts.

**You want someone else to run it.** HeyReach and Sendable both sell a done-for-you service next to the software; the [pricing page](https://getsendable.io/pricing) describes Sendable's.

Whichever you pick, run the trial on one client's accounts with the same list and the same message, and compare replies, not feature grids. The [LinkedIn automation tools](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-automation-tools) comparison covers the same market for teams that sell for themselves.

## Tools on other lists that are not ranked here

- **Dripify** and **Dux-Soup**: their pricing pages list team management and shared team campaigns, but none of the five agency features (the [Dripify alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/dripify-alternatives) page covers Dripify).
- **lemlist, Reply.io and Salesforge**: email-first platforms that added LinkedIn.
- **Zopto**: zopto.com now redirects to Zeekeo, which leads with a done-for-you service; I did not compare it.
- **PhantomBuster, Gojiberry, Octopus CRM, Kanbox, Botdog and the rest of Swydo's 62**: not compared here.

## Our verdict: the best LinkedIn automation tool for each kind of agency

The best LinkedIn automation tool for an agency is the one that covers the jobs your clients pay for, at your number of accounts. On the five agency jobs, **Expandi and Skylead document everything, HeyReach is the most complete at a fully public price, and Linked Helper is the cheapest**, provided a computer runs it.

- **All five agency jobs, safety first:** Expandi, $99 per seat, agency features on a call.
- **All five agency jobs, email included:** Skylead, $999 for 25 seats in the first year.
- **10 to 50 accounts on lists you bring:** HeyReach, $590 for 10, $999 for 25 with white label.
- **The lowest budget with client separation:** Linked Helper, $29.90 per account on cloud storage.
- **Your brand at the lowest public price:** Salesflow, or Meet Alfred from 3 seats.
- **Leads found on LinkedIn and qualified by AI, one team per client:** Sendable, €59 per account.
- **Signals and up to 50 senders for one price:** ReactIn, $999 a month.

## FAQ

### What is the best LinkedIn automation tool for agencies?

On the five agency jobs (client workspaces, one inbox, white label, per-account billing, client reports), Expandi and Skylead document all five on November 3, 2026, but part of each sits behind a sales call or an agreement. HeyReach documents four at a fully public price: $59 per sender from 10 accounts and $999 for 25 with white label. Pick by what your clients buy: sending, a branded platform or meetings.

### Can one tool manage multiple client LinkedIn accounts?

Yes. Every tool on this page can [manage multiple LinkedIn accounts](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-shared-inbox) from one login, and most keep each client in its own workspace or team. The differences are whether replies from every account land in one inbox (Expandi, Skylead, HeyReach, ReactIn), whether clients get their own view-only access (Linked Helper, Expandi), and whether each account can be connected without the client sharing a password.

### Which LinkedIn automation tools offer white label?

On November 3, 2026, seven of the eleven: Salesflow on every plan, Meet Alfred and HeyReach on their Agency plans, Skylead as an Agency option, Expandi on its Agency plan, SalesRobot through a reseller program, and Linked Helper for its app's name and logo. Where the price is public, it costs $700 to $999 a month at 10 accounts. Sendable has none, and ReactIn, La Growth Machine and Waalaxy show none on their sites.

### Is there a free LinkedIn automation tool for agencies?

Not with agency features: none of the eleven pricing pages shows a free plan with client workspaces or white label, they sell trials. HeyReach gives 14 days with 3 accounts and no credit card, Linked Helper 14 days of its Pro plan, SalesRobot and La Growth Machine 14 days, Salesflow, ReactIn, Expandi and Skylead 7 days, and Sendable 7 days with a card, charged nothing before it ends.

### Can I create a dummy account on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids it: members agree not to create "a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person)". Its Community Report for July to December 2025 says 99.7% of the fake accounts it stopped were caught proactively, before any member report. For an agency, a dummy sender profile risks the client's campaign and the tool account it runs in.

### Is it against LinkedIn's rules to run a client's LinkedIn account?

LinkedIn's User Agreement says members will not share their account, and its don'ts name "sharing log-in credentials or copying cookies", the two ways tools connect an account. Client consent does not change that wording. What an agency controls is the risk: the client connects their own account, volumes stay low, and a written agreement says who reconnects and who appeals a restriction.
