# HeyReach Alternatives: 8 Tools for Agencies Running Many LinkedIn Accounts

> HeyReach sends from many LinkedIn accounts for one fee, but it finds nobody. Eight alternatives sorted by the agency features their own sites document, and priced at 5, 10, 25 and 50 accounts.

## TL;DR

- HeyReach costs $79 a month per LinkedIn sender up to 9 senders and $59 each from 10; its Agency plan is $999 for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited is $2,999 for up to 300 (pricing page, November 3, 2026).
- It rotates sending across accounts, keeps each client in its own workspace and merges every reply in one inbox, but it finds no leads and sends email only through Instantly or Smartlead.
- After HeyReach, Skylead and Expandi document the most agency features (client workspaces, one inbox, white label); ReactIn adds intent signals and covers 50 senders for $999.
- Sendable fits an agency that needs the leads found on LinkedIn and qualified by AI, one team per client; from 10 accounts it costs more per account than HeyReach, and it has no white label and no merged inbox.
- Stay with HeyReach if you send to lists you build elsewhere: no tool here with the same agency features costs less until 50 accounts, where ReactIn charges $999 against $1,399.

The **best HeyReach alternative** depends on why you are leaving. For white label and one inbox across client accounts, with email in the same seat, Skylead. For a dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up on every account, Expandi. For intent signals and 50 senders for $999, ReactIn. To have the leads found on LinkedIn and qualified by AI, one team per client, Sendable. For LinkedIn and email per sender, La Growth Machine or lemlist. For one person on a small budget, Waalaxy or Dripify. Stay with HeyReach if you send to lists you already build: from 10 accounts it costs $59 per sender.

Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the eight tools below. It sits where the stated ranking rule puts it, fourth, not first. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own site, checked on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.

My verdict: for an agency that sends to lists it already has, HeyReach remains **the cheapest way to run 10 to 25 LinkedIn accounts** with client workspaces and one inbox. The reasons to leave it are elsewhere: it does not find the people, email lives in a second tool, and some agencies report slower support. Pick the alternative by the reason that applies to you.

## What HeyReach does, and what it costs in November 2026

HeyReach is a [cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-automation-tools) built for multi-account outreach: agencies and sales teams connect multiple LinkedIn accounts and pay per sender, not per user. Its homepage headline is "Unlimited senders, one fixed cost", and it says it is "Trusted by 8,000+ companies". Four features make it the default for agencies:

1. **Sender rotation**: "Connect unlimited LinkedIn accounts for one flat fee and automatically rotate sending between them."
2. **Unified Inbox**: "Handle all LinkedIn messages in one centralized inbox, without logging in and out of accounts all the time."
3. **Workspaces and permissions**: "Manage clients through a single login while keeping each client's data, senders, leads, and campaigns separate."
4. **Free users**: its FAQ says it does not charge "for adding team mates, VAs, clients or users", only per sender.

Around them: API and webhooks, an MCP server, integrations with Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, Make and Zapier, and since [September 16, 2026](https://www.heyreach.io/blog/blacklist-is-live) a workspace blacklist of leads and companies, imported in CSV files of up to 1,000 rows.

Plans from [its pricing page](https://www.heyreach.io/pricing), checked on November 3, 2026, in US dollars per month:

| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Senders | What it adds |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------- | --------------------------- | ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Growth | $79 per sender, $59 from 10 senders | $64 per sender, $48 from 10 | 1 to 50 | Unified inbox, workspaces, API, webhooks, MCP, 100 enrichment credits per sender, a dedicated residential proxy per sender |
| Agency | $999 for 25 senders, $1,399 for 50 | $800 for 25, $1,120 for 50 | 25 or 50 | White label for one brand, 1,000 enrichment credits, a 1:1 onboarding session, a Slack channel, your own proxies |
| Unlimited | $2,999 | $2,399 | Up to 300, under a fair-use cap | Extra white label brands at $500 each, migration done for you, priority support |
| Done for you | On request | On request | Not stated | Its own team runs the outbound for you |

Quarterly billing takes 10% off. The $59 rate is not printed on the page: it comes from the price calculator, which drops every sender to $59 once you pick 10. So **nine senders cost more than ten**: $711 a month against $590. The FAQ describes a 14-day trial with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no credit card, and a 30-day trial of Agency or Unlimited on request. An Early Stage Program offers a discount, price not shown, to companies under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue with fewer than 5 people.

A note on stale numbers. Several pages that rank for this query still quote older prices, such as $749 a month for 50 senders or $1,999 for Unlimited, or say it has no do-not-contact list. The figures above are the ones on the vendor's own site on November 3, 2026, and the blacklist has been live since September 16, 2026.

## Why do agencies look for a HeyReach alternative?

HeyReach is well liked by agencies: its positive reviews mostly praise sender rotation and the shared inbox. People leave over five things, each documented by the vendor itself or by its reviewers.

1. **It does not find the leads.** Its homepage says to "Import relevant LinkedIn contacts from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or any other tool." The list comes from another subscription, and so do the buying signals. Its pricing page still lists Trigify among its integrations, though Trigify [shut down on October 22, 2026](https://getsendable.io/resources/trigify-alternatives). An agency selling meetings pays for the sender, then for the tool that decides who to write to.
2. **Email is a second tool.** The Growth plan reads: "Use our native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead to send multichannel campaigns." If your clients want an email follow-up after an unanswered invitation, you run two subscriptions and two lead lists.
3. **The price steps between 9 and 25 accounts.** At $79 per sender, 9 senders cost $711; at 10, the rate drops to $59. From 17 senders, Growth ($1,003) costs more than Agency for 25 ($999). And the Agency and Unlimited plans "require you to bring your own proxies", according to the FAQ, while Growth includes a residential proxy for each sender.
4. **Support and billing complaints.** On [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/heyreach.io), it rates 4.1 out of 5 from 52 reviews, with 75% five stars and 21% one star, and only 6 reviews in the last 12 months. An agency user who moved clients away wrote in November 2025 that "it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response, even for urgent issues", and that the MCP shows "data that doesn't match their main dashboard". Another reviewer trying to downscale wrote in July 2025: "I wanted to keep 2 seats but they keep charging me for 4 seats." The company answers in public: Trustpilot shows replies to 100% of negative reviews.
5. **New accounts are warmed up by hand.** Its [help center](https://help.heyreach.io/en/articles/10415479-can-i-use-a-free-linkedin-account-with-heyreach) asks you to "manually warm it up" before connecting a new account, reach 100 connections, then send 5 invitations a day in week one and 10 in week two. An agency that rents or creates sender profiles does that by hand for each one.

Fifty-two reviews is a small sample, so read reasons 4 and 5 as risks to test during a trial, not as verdicts.

## The 8 HeyReach alternatives at a glance

Prices checked on November 3, 2026, on monthly billing, in the vendor's currency. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66 and €120 about $134. Waalaxy shows dollars to a visitor in the United States, the prices used here.

| Waalaxy | User | $19 per user (Pro) | Business plan | Not on its pricing page | One person starting on LinkedIn |
| Dripify | User | $79 per user (Pro) | Yes, every plan | No, email finder credits only | Simple drip campaigns with email |

The first question to settle: will you bring the list, as with HeyReach, or should the tool find the people? Skylead, ReactIn, Sendable, La Growth Machine and lemlist find them in some way; Expandi, Waalaxy and Dripify mostly send to what you import.

## Which agency features each HeyReach alternative documents

This is the table agencies managing multiple LinkedIn accounts care about most. "Yes" means the vendor's own site documents the feature on November 3, 2026; a dash means its site does not say, not that the tool cannot.

| Tool | Client workspaces, one login | One inbox for every account | Accounts rotating in one campaign | White label | Proxy or IP per account |

| Dripify | - | - | - | - | - |

No alternative documents **all four agency features**, as HeyReach does. Skylead and Expandi come closest; ReactIn and Sendable rotate accounts inside a campaign, which Skylead's and Expandi's pricing pages do not mention.

## How I picked and ranked these tools

Three conditions, applied to every candidate:

- **It sends invitations and messages from your own LinkedIn accounts, from the vendor's cloud.** That leaves out desktop software such as Linked Helper and browser extensions such as Dux-Soup.
- **Its price is public on its own site**, checked on November 3, 2026.
- **At least two of the five pages that rank for "heyreach alternative" name it**, or it sells a plan built for agencies running many accounts. I read HeyReach's own alternatives page, three listicles from other vendors (Botdog, LeadHaste, GiveMeLeads) and Expandi's. ReactIn qualifies through its agency plan. Sendable is in because I build it.

Other lists also name Botdog, Meet Alfred, PhantomBuster and Salesforge; I did not compare them.

The ranking is mechanical. A tool scores one point for each of the four agency features in the table above (client workspaces, one inbox, rotation, white label) that its site documents, paid add-ons included. Inside a score, the public monthly price for 25 LinkedIn accounts, the size of HeyReach's Agency plan, breaks the tie, and a price on quote ranks last. Per-seat and per-user tools are counted at one seat per LinkedIn account. That gives Skylead and Expandi 3 points, ReactIn, Sendable and La Growth Machine 2, lemlist and Waalaxy 1, and Dripify 0.

This page is one of nine alternatives pages built the same way: [all the LinkedIn automation alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-automation-alternatives) sit side by side in the hub, with who should leave each tool.

## 1. Skylead

![Skylead pricing, the first HeyReach alternative here: $100 per seat, or $999 for 25 seats in the first year](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/skylead-pricing.webp)

[Skylead](https://skylead.io/pricing/) is the closest match to HeyReach's agency model, with email inside the same seat. Each seat includes LinkedIn automation, "Unlimited email accounts", 100,000 emails a month, email warm-up, a B2B database and post signals. The Agency plan adds an "Agency dashboard for all clients & seats", a "Unibox for all client conversations", "Granular client roles & permissions", client performance alerts and a white label option. Its [agency page](https://skylead.io/agencies/) says that "Each client environment remains organized separately" and that white labeling is optional.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** All-in-one at $100 per seat a month. Agency, as a "First-year promotion", at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats. A yearly plan gives 2 months free. 7-day free trial.

**Best for:** agencies that want client workspaces plus real email outreach, without a second tool.

**Limits:** the $999 price is a first-year promotion, so ask what year two costs, and its pricing page does not say whether several accounts can rotate inside one campaign.

## 2. Expandi

![Expandi pricing on November 3, 2026: Business at $99 a month with a dedicated IP and auto warm-up, Agency on quote](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/expandi-pricing.webp)

[Expandi](https://expandi.io/pricing/) answers the safety half of the agency question. Each account gets a "Dedicated country-based IP-address" and a "Profile Auto Warm-up", the step HeyReach leaves to you. Sequences mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups, with if/action conditional logic, 10 campaign types, a blacklist and daily limits on connections, messages, InMails and event invites. The Agency plan adds "Flexible Roles & Permission Management", "Transparent reports for clients" and the option to "Use Expandi under your own brand".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day free trial. Agency, for "10+ teams or seeking a white-label solution", is on a call.

**Best for:** agencies that rent or create new sender profiles and want the warm-up and one IP per account handled.

**Limits:** the agency features are behind a sales call, so you cannot compare their price before talking to Expandi, and at $99 per seat, 10 accounts cost $990 against $590 at HeyReach. [Seven tools people leave Expandi for](https://getsendable.io/resources/expandi-alternatives) are compared on account safety, branching, signals and workspaces.

## 3. ReactIn

![ReactIn pricing on November 3, 2026: Basic at $29, Growth at $69 per sender with rotation, Agency at $999 for 50](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/reactin-pricing.webp)

[ReactIn](https://www.reactin.io/pricing) sells multi-account sending plus the step before it. Every plan captures "signals from social networks, webinars, calendars, and 10+ sources" and segments leads with AI; Growth adds follow-ups, lead management and "Sender Rotation". Its [agency page](https://www.reactin.io/solutions/agencies) promises a unified inbox with "Every reply from every sender in one inbox", per-account daily limits and working hours, and an API, webhooks and MCP. It also compares itself with HeyReach head on: "The Agency plan also covers 50 senders instead of 25 for the same $999."

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Basic at $29 per sender a month (signals and enrichment, no outreach), Growth at $69 per sender, Agency at $999 a month for up to 50 senders, with a custom plan above. 7-day free trial, no credit card.

**Best for:** agencies past 25 senders that want signals included: 50 senders cost **$999, against $1,399** at HeyReach.

**Limits:** Basic sends nothing, and its pages describe neither separate client workspaces nor white label.

## 4. Sendable

![Company engagement leads in Sendable, each matched or rejected against the ideal customer with a reason](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/gojiberry-alternatives/company-engagement-leads.webp)

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.

[Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach](https://getsendable.io/) does the job HeyReach leaves to other tools: it finds the people. Fourteen signals (job postings, [job changes](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-job-change-alerts), engagement on competitor or influencer posts, keyword posts, poll voters, event attendees, profile viewers and more) collect people, an AI checks each one against the ideal customer you describe and gives a reason, and the ones that fit enter a LinkedIn sequence you build. The [LinkedIn keyword tracker](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-keyword-tracker) guide shows one signal end to end.

What it does for an agency running several accounts, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:

- **One workspace, one team per client.** A team "has its own LinkedIn accounts, signals, campaigns, leads and inbox", in the app's own words, and every team shares the workspace's plan and bill.
- **Teammates and clients cost nothing.** The invite dialog reads: "Inviting is free: only LinkedIn accounts use seats." A client can connect their LinkedIn account from Sendable's Chrome extension, which "Uses the account open in this browser. No password."
- **Several accounts in one campaign.** Each step lists the accounts that can run it; new leads rotate between them, an account that is disconnected or at its daily limit is skipped, and each lead stays with the account that first contacted it.
- **Limits per account.** By default 30 invitations, 30 new conversations and 20 profile visits a day (visits are capped at 30), spread with random pauses inside the campaign's working hours.
- **Inbox by account.** You read one LinkedIn account at a time, switching with avatars that show each account's unread count. A member set to "own" access sees only the conversations of the accounts they connected. A reply stops that lead's sequences, and an AI marks interested replies.
- **No double contact inside a team.** A team blacklist is checked before every send, and a lead already running in another live campaign of the team waits for your approval.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** €59 a month per connected LinkedIn account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers and no volume discount. Each account includes 500 credits a month, one per lead that matches the ideal customer, and each team runs up to 5 signals at once. Lists you import straight into a campaign, such as a HeyReach export, use no credits. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one LinkedIn account and 3 signals. The plan is on the [pricing page](https://getsendable.io/pricing).

On price, HeyReach wins **from 10 accounts**. Below 10, Sendable costs less per account: €59 (about $66) against $79. From 10, the $59 rate is lower, and at 25 accounts Sendable costs €1,475 (about $1,649) against $999 at HeyReach, Skylead or ReactIn. The case for Sendable is not the sending price; it is that the leads come with it.

**Best for:** agencies and small teams, up to about 10 accounts, whose clients pay for meetings and whose bottleneck is the list, not the sending. Two of Sendable's case studies are [agencies finding their own clients on LinkedIn](https://getsendable.io/case-studies).

**Limits:** no white label, no merged inbox, no email channel and no public API. The full list is [below](#where-sendable-falls-short-for-an-agency).

![La Growth Machine pricing page on November 3, 2026: Basic, Pro and Ultimate priced per identity, with team members free](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/lgm-pricing.webp)

[La Growth Machine](https://lagrowthmachine.com/pricing/) bills per identity, which it defines as "one person who sends: their LinkedIn account and their email inboxes, each with its own dedicated mobile proxy". Teammates "join for free": 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Ultimate. Every plan runs LinkedIn and email sequences with AI messages and its database of 27M+ companies; Pro adds a multichannel inbox, intent signals, an MCP server, an API and 5 rotating email inboxes per identity; Ultimate adds HubSpot and Pipedrive sync. Workspaces are an add-on on every plan.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per identity a month, Basic €60 (up to 3 identities), Pro €120 and Ultimate €180, or €50, €100 and €150 on yearly billing. Its FAQ lists public discounts by volume and term, up to 30% yearly from 6 identities. 14-day trial with one identity, no credit card.

**Best for:** teams that want LinkedIn and email from the same sender, with a proxy per identity and free teammates.

**Limits:** past 3 identities you are on Pro, so 25 identities cost €3,000 a month (about $3,354) on monthly billing, and rotation covers email inboxes, not LinkedIn accounts. **Best for:** teams whose main channel is email and who want LinkedIn steps in the same sequence.

**Limits:** priced per user, so 25 LinkedIn accounts cost $2,725 a month, and its pages describe no client workspaces or white label.

## 7. Waalaxy

![Waalaxy pricing seen from the United States on November 3, 2026: Pro $19, Advanced $39, Business $69 per user](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/waalaxy-pricing.webp)

[Waalaxy](https://www.waalaxy.com/pricing) says it is "Trusted by 200,000+ sales reps, founders, and teams". It is the simplest start on LinkedIn: prebuilt sequences, automated follow-ups and CRM sync, with cold email and mixed LinkedIn and email campaigns on Business. Its FAQ says that "For teams of 5+ users, the Enterprise plan adds team workspaces, analytics, volume discounts, and onboarding", and the LinkedIn Inbox is "an optional add-on for €20/month".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026), as shown to a visitor in the United States:** Pro at $19 per user a month (300 invitations a month), Advanced $39 (800 invitations, API, Make, Zapier and n8n), Business $69 (cold email), or $16, $32 and $55 billed yearly. Visitors in Europe see euro prices instead. 14-day free trial.

## 8. Dripify

Read the HeyReach line honestly: from 10 to 25 accounts, **no tool here with agency features costs less**. At 50, ReactIn's $999 Agency plan does. Waalaxy is cheaper at every size, but per user, capped at 300 invitations a month on Pro, and without client workspaces below Enterprise.

The prices do not buy the same thing. Skylead, Expandi, La Growth Machine, lemlist and Dripify include email; ReactIn and Sendable include lead finding; HeyReach includes neither, so the honest comparison adds the cost of your list source (Sales Navigator, Clay or a signal tool) to its line. And yearly billing changes the order: HeyReach's Agency plan drops to $800 for 25 senders, La Growth Machine takes up to 30% off, Sendable bills €590 a year per account.

## How to move from HeyReach to another tool

The same five steps work whatever you pick. Move one client first, check a week of results, then move the rest.

1. **Save what you will need.** Before cancelling, keep your lead lists as CSV files, the text and delays of every sequence step, your blacklist and exclusion lists, and the tags on conversations you are still working. The conversations themselves stay on LinkedIn: Sendable, for one, syncs each connected account's classic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter inboxes.
2. **Disconnect each account from HeyReach before connecting it elsewhere.** Its help center advises: "Avoid connecting the same account to multiple tools to prevent conflicts and instability."
3. **Rebuild the client structure.** In Skylead and HeyReach this is a client workspace; in Sendable it is one team per client, with its own accounts, campaigns, leads and blacklist.
4. **Set the daily limits per account before launching.** Start the first week below your current volumes, then raise the limits once every account runs cleanly. In Sendable, the defaults are 30 invitations, 30 new conversations and 20 profile visits a day.
5. **Exclude the people you already contacted.** In Sendable, import the exported list straight into a campaign (no AI check, no credits), paste your blacklist into the team blacklist, and turn on the signal exclusions for inbox contacts and previously contacted people.

In Sendable, the campaign step is where rotation lives: pick every account the client owns in the step, and new leads are spread across them while each lead keeps its first account. If clients should only see their own conversations, set their inbox access to their own accounts.

## How to choose a HeyReach alternative

Sort yourself into one of these situations.

**You run 10 to 50 client accounts on lists you build elsewhere, and want white label.** Stay on HeyReach, or take Skylead if your clients also need email from the same seat.

**Account safety is the worry, with new or rented sender profiles.** Expandi for a dedicated country-based IP and the automatic warm-up, La Growth Machine for a dedicated mobile proxy per identity.

**Your clients pay for meetings and the list is the bottleneck.** ReactIn past 25 accounts, with signals and 50 senders for $999. Sendable up to about 10 accounts, or when each client needs its own signals, ideal customer and AI verdicts in its own team.

**Email matters as much as LinkedIn.** lemlist if email leads, La Growth Machine or Skylead if both channels share a sender.

**You are one person with one account.** Waalaxy for the lowest price, Dripify if you want email in every plan.

**Choose none of these if** you want someone else to run the outreach: HeyReach's Done for you plan or an outbound agency fits better than another tool.

Every tool on this page acts on LinkedIn, so every one carries the same risk. LinkedIn's help page on [prohibited software](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says it does not "permit the use of any third party software, including "crawlers", bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on LinkedIn's website", and that members who use such tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down." For an agency, that risk is your clients' accounts. What lowers it: low daily volumes, a slow start on new profiles, an audience you reviewed and messages a person would actually send. The guide to [safe LinkedIn automation](https://getsendable.io/resources/is-linkedin-automation-safe) explains each one.

## Where Sendable falls short for an agency

The limits that matter when you run accounts for clients, in my own words:

- **No white label.** Your clients see Sendable, not your brand. HeyReach, Skylead and Expandi offer one.
- **No merged inbox.** You read one LinkedIn account at a time. HeyReach, Skylead and ReactIn put every sender's replies in one list, which is faster with 20 accounts.
- **No email and no public API.** There is no email step, no REST API, no webhooks and no Zapier or Make. Sendable has an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, CSV exports, Slack alerts and CRM sync with Attio and HubSpot.
- **One CRM connection per workspace.** If each client has their own HubSpot, each client needs their own workspace, and each workspace its own subscription.
- **No client-only role.** Members are owners or members. A client you invite joins every team created after them, so an owner removes them from new teams by hand.
- **No volume discount.** Every account costs €59, so at 25 accounts Sendable costs about $650 a month more than HeyReach. No automatic warm-up for new profiles either.

## When to stay with HeyReach

Stay with HeyReach if you run 10 to 50 LinkedIn accounts for clients and the lists already come from Sales Navigator, Clay or your own research. For that job, $59 per sender from 10 accounts and $999 for 25 is the lowest price in this list among tools with client workspaces and one inbox, matched only by Skylead's first-year $999 at 25, and its rotation, white label and free client seats are exactly what an agency needs.

It is also the better pick when:

- your clients want white label and a login of their own;
- you answer replies for many accounts in one place every day;
- your list source and your email tool are already paid for and working;
- you run your own proxies, or you stay on Growth, which includes a proxy for each sender.

If those describe you, switching costs you rebuild time and buys you little.

## Our verdict: which HeyReach alternative fits which agency

- **White label, one inbox and email in the same seat:** Skylead, $999 for 25 seats in its first year.
- **A dedicated IP and an automatic warm-up per account:** Expandi, $99 per seat, agency features on quote.
- **Intent signals and 50 senders for one price:** ReactIn, $999 a month.
- **Leads found on LinkedIn and qualified by AI, one team per client, up to about 10 accounts:** Sendable, €59 per account.
- **LinkedIn and email from the same sender:** La Growth Machine, or lemlist if email leads.
- **One person, one account, a small budget:** Waalaxy or Dripify.
- **Lists you already build, 10 to 50 accounts:** stay with HeyReach.

Whichever you pick, run the trial on one client's accounts with the same list and the same message, and compare the replies, not the feature grids.

## FAQ

### What is the best HeyReach alternative?

It depends on why you leave. Skylead is the closest for agencies, with client workspaces, one inbox, white label and email for $999 for 25 seats in its first year. Expandi adds a dedicated IP and warm-up per account. ReactIn covers 50 senders and intent signals for $999. Sendable finds and qualifies the leads, one team per client; I build it, so test it yourself.

### How much does HeyReach cost?

On November 3, 2026, its pricing page lists Growth at $79 per sender a month, $59 from 10 senders, Agency at $999 for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited at $2,999 for up to 300 senders. Yearly billing takes 20% off and quarterly billing 10%. Done for you is priced on request.

### Is there a cheaper alternative to HeyReach?

Per sender, yes below 10 accounts: ReactIn Growth costs $69 and Sendable €59 (about $66), against $79. From 10 to 25 accounts, no tool here with agency features costs less than HeyReach. At 50 accounts, ReactIn's Agency plan costs $999 against $1,399. Waalaxy is cheaper at every size, but per user and without client workspaces.

### Does HeyReach find leads?

No. HeyReach sends to lists you import from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or a CSV, and it includes enrichment credits to find emails. To find the people from buying signals, you add another tool, or pick ReactIn, Skylead or Sendable, which include it.

### Is HeyReach better than Expandi?

For many accounts, HeyReach costs less: 10 senders cost $590 a month against $990 at Expandi, and HeyReach rotates accounts inside a campaign. Expandi wins on account safety, with a dedicated country-based IP and an automatic warm-up on every seat, and it sends email follow-ups itself.

### Can I move my HeyReach campaigns to another tool?

Plan on rebuilding them. Save your lead lists as CSV files and the text of each step, disconnect each LinkedIn account first, since HeyReach's help center advises against running one account in two tools, then connect it to the new tool and rebuild the sequence. Your conversations stay on LinkedIn itself.

### Is there a free HeyReach alternative?

Not for ongoing agency outreach: none of the eight pricing pages shows a free plan, they sell trials. HeyReach's FAQ describes 14 days with 3 accounts and no credit card. La Growth Machine gives 14 days with no credit card, ReactIn and Dripify 7 days with no credit card, Waalaxy and lemlist 14 days, Skylead and Expandi 7, and Sendable 7 days with a card, charged nothing before it ends.
