# Expandi Alternatives: 7 LinkedIn Tools Compared on Price and Safety

> Expandi sells account safety and branching sequences for $99 a seat. Seven alternatives scored on the four criteria Expandi itself says matter, and priced at 1, 3, 5 and 10 LinkedIn accounts.

## TL;DR

- Expandi costs $99 a seat a month, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day trial and an Agency plan for 10+ seats on a sales call (pricing page, November 3, 2026).
- Its pitch is account safety: a dedicated country-based IP, an automatic profile warm-up and limit ranges, plus branching sequences that mix invitations, messages, InMail and email.
- Scored on the four criteria Expandi names itself, Dripify, Skylead, La Growth Machine and Meet Alfred match it on all four; Dripify does it for $99 a seat on Advanced, and covers three of them on Pro at $79.
- Sendable finds the people from 14 LinkedIn signals and checks each one against your ideal customer with AI, for €59 per account; it has no proxy setting, no warm-up, no email and no InMail step.
- Stay with Expandi if its Mobile Connector, automatic warm-up and email follow-ups already work for you: switching tools does not remove the risk LinkedIn puts on automation.

The **best Expandi alternative** depends on what made you look. Of the seven tools compared here: to keep a dedicated IP, branching and email for less, Dripify at $79 a seat. For unlimited email accounts and image personalization in the seat, Skylead at $100. For a dedicated mobile proxy and intent signals, La Growth Machine. For a dedicated IP at $59, Meet Alfred. For 10 LinkedIn accounts or more on one bill, HeyReach. To have the leads found on LinkedIn and checked by AI, Sendable. For the lowest price, Waalaxy. Stay with Expandi if its Mobile Connector and automatic warm-up already work for you.

Full disclosure: I build Sendable, one of the seven tools below. It sits where the stated scoring rule puts it among the **seven LinkedIn tools compared**, fifth. Every price and feature comes from the vendor's own site, checked on November 3, 2026, and every Sendable feature was checked in its code.

My verdict: Expandi is not a bad tool to leave, it is **an expensive one to keep at $99 a seat**. Four alternatives document the same four foundations, and Dripify does it for the same $99, or $79 without team management. So most people leaving should pick by the one thing Expandi does not give them: a lower price, email at scale, or people worth writing to.

## What Expandi does, and what it costs in November 2026

Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool that "runs multichannel sequences across LinkedIn and email", in the words of its [lead generation page](https://expandi.io/lead-generation/), which also says it is "trusted by 15,000+ users". It runs from its own servers, so nothing depends on your computer staying on. Four things define it:

1. **Account safety.** Its [pricing page](https://expandi.io/pricing/) lists "Cloud-based software", a "Dedicated country-based IP-address", a "Profile Auto Warm-up" that starts slowly and lets you "adjust the rate of growth during the warm-up phase", and "Smart algorithms for limit ranges" on connections, messages, InMails and event invites.
2. **Branching sequences with conditional logic.** "Combine connection requests, LinkedIn follow-ups, InMail, and email in one conditional flow." The pricing page counts 10 campaign types; the lead generation page says 11, including a Mobile Connector campaign that uses LinkedIn's mobile invitation limit.
3. **Lead sources and triggers.** Nine search options: "Sales Navigator filters, Recruiter Lite filters, Boolean search, post engagers, group members, event attendees, company employees, profile URL lists, or CSV import". It can also "reach out the moment a prospect views your profile, engages with your post, joins a group, or attends an event."
4. **Workspaces for teams and agencies.** Roles and permissions, client reports and white label on the Agency plan.

Around them: a global inbox for every LinkedIn account and email address, CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, webhooks, and an MCP server for AI assistants, announced on every page with "Expandi MCP is here". Image and GIF personalization "requires an additional cost", and video goes through Sendspark, a paid add-on.

Plans from [its pricing page](https://expandi.io/pricing/), checked on November 3, 2026, in US dollars:

| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Seats | What it adds |
| -------- | --------------- | -------------------- | ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Business | $99 per seat | $79 per seat a month | Not capped on the page | Dedicated country-based IP, auto warm-up, 10 campaign types, email follow-ups, blacklist, integrations |
| Agency | Custom quote | Custom quote | 10 or more | Roles and permissions, client reports, white label, a dedicated customer success manager |

The trial lasts 7 days. Its lead generation page says the account "goes live within two minutes" with "no credit card required", and the signup form asks only for an email and a password. Its [terms](https://expandi.io/terms-conditions/), last updated on August 25, 2026, set the rest: "Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the applicable subscription will automatically commence", "subscription fees paid by the Customer are non-refundable", and a cancellation "shall take effect at the end of the then-current subscription period".

A note on stale facts. Some pages that rank for this query say it has no native email, or that its MCP is still in beta. Its pricing page lists email follow-ups inside the same sequence, and the MCP is live.

## Why do people look for an Expandi alternative?

Expandi is well rated. On [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/expandi.io) it scores 4.4 out of 5 from 235 reviews, with 75% five stars and 19% one star, read on November 3, 2026; most recent five-star reviews thank a named onboarding specialist. The one-star reviews, and Expandi's own pages, point to five reasons people leave.

1. **The price.** At **$99 a seat on monthly billing**, Expandi costs more for one account than the entry plan of every other tool on this page except Skylead, and image personalization costs extra. A one-star review from August 2025 opens: "Just terrible. Horrendously expensive."
2. **Accounts restricted anyway.** A dedicated IP and a warm-up lower the risk, they do not remove it. A June 2026 review reads: "Within one and a half month our account got restricted". Expandi's terms say it "is not responsible for any decision, restriction, suspension or termination imposed by a connected third-party service, including LinkedIn." That holds for every tool below.
3. **The trial turns paid on its own.** The trial needs no card up front, but the subscription starts automatically when it ends and fees are non-refundable. A reviewer who tried to cancel during a trial in July 2025 wrote that "$99 was charged" anyway.
4. **A learning curve.** Trustpilot's summary of recent reviews notes "the interface can be difficult to learn initially". The same depth is what fans like: "There's a learning curve, but Expandi definitely has more granular control and visibility than HeyReach", a five-star review from December 2025.
5. **You still decide who to write to.** Expandi sends to searches and lists you define, plus a few triggers. Its pages describe no check of each person against your ideal customer. If your replies are low because the list is wrong, a cheaper sender will not fix it.

Two hundred thirty-five reviews against 15,000 users is a small sample, so read reasons 2 to 4 as risks to test during a trial, not as verdicts.

## The 7 Expandi alternatives compared at a glance

Prices checked on November 3, 2026, in the vendor's currency, for one account. Sendable and La Growth Machine bill in euros: at the European Central Bank rate of November 3, 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1179 USD), €59 is about $66 and €120 about $134.

| Sendable | €59 (about $66) | €590 a year | No | 14 LinkedIn signals, AI check | 7 days, card, nothing charged before the end | Leads found and qualified for you |
| HeyReach | $79 per sender | $64 | Through Instantly or Smartlead | No, lists you import | 14 days, 3 accounts, no card | 10 accounts or more on one bill |
| Waalaxy | $19 (Pro), $39, $69 | $16, $32, $55 | Business plan | Profile visitors, post commenters | 14 days, card required | The lowest price, with ready-made sequences |

The first question to settle: is Expandi's sending the problem, or the list it sends to? Dripify, HeyReach, Meet Alfred and Waalaxy replace the sending; Skylead and La Growth Machine add a contact database, and Sendable finds and qualifies the people from LinkedIn signals.

## How each alternative scores on Expandi's own four criteria

Expandi's lead generation page names the four things that, in its words, "separate the scalable ones from those that get your account flagged: account safety architecture, campaign branching depth, signal-based triggers, and multi-account workspace support." I scored every tool on those four, from its own site. "Yes" means the vendor documents it on November 3, 2026; "No" means its site says it does not, or describes another way; a dash means its site does not say.

| Tool | Dedicated IP or proxy per account | If/else branching | Signal triggers | Teams or workspaces | Score |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------- | ----- |
| Expandi | Yes, country-based IP | Yes | Profile views, post engagement, groups, events | Yes | 4 |
| Dripify | Yes, dedicated IP in your location | Yes | Engagement on any LinkedIn post | Advanced plan | 4 |
| Skylead | Yes, a proxy from your login country | Yes, 7 conditions | Post engagement | Yes, agency dashboard on Agency | 4 |
| La Growth Machine | Yes, dedicated mobile proxy | Yes | Intent signals on Pro | Yes, workspaces as an add-on | 4 |
| Meet Alfred | Yes, dedicated IP per account | On its pricing page; its help center shows linear steps | Post, ad, event and group engagers | Agency plan, 3 seats minimum | 4 |
| Sendable | No proxy or IP setting | Yes | 14 signals | Yes, one team per client | 3 |
| HeyReach | Yes, dedicated residential proxy | Yes, "If connected" | No, through RB2B, Clay or other tools | Yes | 3 |
| Waalaxy | - | No, ready-made sequences only | Profile visitors and post commenters, every 12 hours | Yes, Team (its FAQ says Enterprise) | 2 |

**Four of the seven alternatives** match Expandi on all four of its own criteria: Dripify, Skylead, La Growth Machine and Meet Alfred. So "is there an alternative as safe as Expandi" has a plain answer: yes, on paper, from $59 a seat. Nobody publishes restriction rates, so no page, this one included, can tell you which is safer in practice.

## How I picked and ranked these tools

Four conditions, applied to every candidate:

- **It sends LinkedIn invitations and messages from the vendor's cloud**, like Expandi. That leaves out desktop software such as Linked Helper, browser extensions such as Dux-Soup, and lemlist, whose [help center](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/12889586-connect-and-manage-multiple-linkedin-profiles-in-lemlist) says its Chrome extension "is required for LinkedIn automation".
- **It is priced per LinkedIn account, seat or user**, so a seat compares with a seat. That leaves out [PhantomBuster, billed by automation slots and hours of execution time](https://getsendable.io/resources/phantombuster-alternatives).
- **Its price is public on its own site**, checked on November 3, 2026.
- **At least two of the six articles that rank for "expandi alternative" name it.** I read the ones published by Salesforge, Skylead, Botdog, We-Connect, SalesRobot and Modern Inbound. Meet Alfred is on all six, Dripify on five, Waalaxy, La Growth Machine and lemlist on three, HeyReach on two.

Two exceptions, stated: Skylead is named by its own page only, but it sells the closest product at almost the same price ($100 against $99), so it is the like-for-like benchmark. Sendable is in because I build it. The vendors who rank themselves first on those pages (Botdog, Salesforge, We-Connect, SalesRobot) are named once each, so they are out. For the wider market, [my roundup of LinkedIn automation tools](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-automation-tools) scores 11 of them on cloud sending, lead finding, inbox and email.

The ranking is mechanical. A tool scores one point for each of Expandi's four criteria its site documents, on any public plan, add-ons included. Inside a score, the monthly price for one account on the cheapest plan that carries every point it scored breaks the tie, converted to dollars at the ECB rate. That gives Dripify ($99 on Advanced), Skylead ($100), La Growth Machine (€120, about $134) and Meet Alfred ($237, the 3-seat minimum of its Agency plan) 4 points; Sendable (about $66) and HeyReach ($79) 3; and Waalaxy 2.

Every alternatives page on this site uses the same method; the [hub of LinkedIn automation alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-automation-alternatives) puts Expandi and the eight other tools in one table, with who should leave each one.

## 1. Dripify

![Dripify pricing on November 3, 2026: Pro at $79 and Advanced at $99 per user a month, Enterprise on request](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/dripify-pricing.webp)

[Dripify](https://dripify.com/pricing) is the closest match to Expandi's safety setup at a lower cost. Its pricing FAQ describes a "Dedicated IP", "a consistent IP address tied to your account, in your location", cloud sending, actions "spaced with randomised timing" inside your working hours, and "Adaptive activity control", where "your sending pace adjusts to your account's own activity and history". Every plan runs LinkedIn and email sequences "using a variety of LinkedIn & email actions, delays and conditions", with daily limits "of up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages a day" and 30 Sales Navigator InMails. Its homepage lists 9 lead sources, including "Any LinkedIn post as a daily source of new leads"; high-intent signals are marked "coming soon".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Pro at $79 per user a month and Advanced at $99, or $59 and $79 billed annually. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, and Advanced "adds team management", with roles and permissions. 7-day trial with no card, and "When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically".

**Best for:** one person or a small sales team leaving Expandi over price, who wants the dedicated IP, branching and email follow-ups to stay. If you later leave Dripify too, my [Dripify alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/dripify-alternatives) guide sorts the options by reason.

**Limits:** team management costs the same $99 as Expandi's Business seat, image personalization and a Mobile Connector campaign are not on its pricing page, and its own signals are still "coming soon".

## 2. Skylead

![Skylead pricing on November 3, 2026: $100 per seat, or $999 for 25 seats in the first year of its Agency plan](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/skylead-pricing.webp)

[Skylead](https://skylead.io/pricing/) sells the same kind of seat as Expandi, one dollar more, with email infrastructure inside. Each seat includes "Unlimited email accounts", 100,000 emails a month, "Infinite email warm-up" for deliverability, an email finder and verifier, a B2B database, post signals and "Unlimited Image & GIF personalization", the add-on Expandi charges for. Its [smart sequences](https://skylead.io/smart-sequences/) "Use 8 actions and 7 if/else conditions", including paid and free InMails. Its [help center](https://skyleadsales.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/30528539718545-How-to-Use-Proxies) says it "uses a proxy from your original login country", so LinkedIn sees one IP address.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** All-in-one at $100 per seat a month. Agency, as a "First-year promotion", at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats, with a client dashboard, a unified inbox for client conversations and a white label option. Annual billing "Pay 10 months & get 2 months free" goes through a call. 7-day free trial.

**Best for:** teams that send as much email as invitations and want warm-up, mailboxes and image personalization in one seat.

**Limits:** the annual price is not public, the $999 Agency price is a first-year promotion, so ask what year two costs, and the warm-up on its pricing page is for email inboxes, not LinkedIn accounts.

## 3. La Growth Machine

![La Growth Machine pricing on November 3, 2026: Basic, Pro and Ultimate priced per identity, with team members free](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/lgm-pricing.webp)

[La Growth Machine](https://lagrowthmachine.com/pricing/) bills per identity, "one person who sends: their LinkedIn account and their email inboxes, each with its own dedicated mobile proxy". Every plan runs LinkedIn and email sequences with voice messages, AI messages and a database of 27M+ companies. Pro adds custom sequences "with steps, delays and conditions across channels", a multichannel inbox, an MCP server, an API and "Intent Signals included", described as "Social, career, audience fit and inbound signals". Teammates join free: 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Ultimate. Workspaces are an add-on on every plan.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** per identity a month, Basic €60 (up to 3 identities), Pro €120 and Ultimate €180, or €50, €100 and €150 on yearly billing. Invoices are always in euros, and a dollar toggle shows a conversion. From 3 identities on Pro, an "Outreach Expert" is included. 14-day trial, no credit card.

**Best for:** teams that want LinkedIn and email from the same sender, a mobile proxy per sender and intent signals, with teammates free.

**Limits:** the plan that scores 4 points is Pro, so the like-for-like price is about $134 a month per sender, a third more than Expandi, and Basic is capped at 3 identities and 3 active campaigns. Its own replacements are compared in [La Growth Machine alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/la-growth-machine-alternatives).

## 4. Meet Alfred

![Meet Alfred pricing on November 3, 2026: $59, $69 and $79 per seat on monthly billing](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/expandi-alternatives/meetalfred-pricing.webp)

[Meet Alfred](https://meetalfred.com/pricing) is the one tool all six ranking pages name. Its outreach "runs from cloud infrastructure", with "no browser extension", and its [infrastructure page](https://meetalfred.com/features/cloud-infrastructure) says "Each account gets a unique, dedicated IP"; you can also bring your own proxy. Campaigns run "with smart delays and randomized, human-like activity patterns", by default from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Lead sources include people who liked or commented on any post, LinkedIn ad engagers, event attendees, group members and newsletter subscribers, plus an AI search that turns a plain description into a list. From Multi-Channel, one sequence can "combine LinkedIn, Email, and Twitter (X) actions", the only X steps on this page. The Agency plan adds team workspaces, roles, a collaborative inbox, native HubSpot and Salesforce sync and white label.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** LinkedIn Only at $59 per seat a month, Multi-Channel at $69, Agency at $79 with a 3-seat minimum ($237), or $39, $49 and $59 billed annually. 7-day trial with no card; when it ends, your campaigns pause until you subscribe, and its [refund policy](https://help.meetalfred.com/en/articles/3338757-refund-policy) reads: "Once upgraded, we do not offer refunds."

**Best for:** one person who wants a dedicated IP for $59 a month, or X outreach next to LinkedIn and email.

**Limits:** its help center documents campaigns as a list of steps rather than an if/else builder, it recommends "disabling 2FA on your LinkedIn account" to connect, and its help center still lists other prices than its pricing page, so check the total at checkout.

## 5. Sendable

![Sendable sequence with a branch: invitation accepted within 7 days, then a message, or a withdrawal](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/gojiberry-alternatives/sequence-builder.webp)

This is the product I am building. Read this entry with that in mind, and judge it with a trial rather than on my word.

[Sendable, signal-based LinkedIn outreach](https://getsendable.io/) does the part Expandi leaves to you: deciding who is worth writing to. Fourteen signals collect people from what they do on LinkedIn: job postings, [job changes](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-job-change-alerts), people active on LinkedIn, engagement on chosen posts, on influencers' posts or on competitor company pages, keyword posts, poll voters, newsletter subscribers, profile viewers, followers of your profile or of a company page you manage, event attendees, your first-degree connections and people LinkedIn suggests. You describe your ideal customer in plain words; an AI checks every person against it and keeps only the matches, each with a reason. The [LinkedIn keyword tracker](https://getsendable.io/resources/linkedin-keyword-tracker) guide shows one signal end to end.

What it does on the sending side, as checked in its code on November 3, 2026:

- **Branching sequences.** Steps to send an invitation, visit a profile, send a message (text, attachments or voice messages, with up to 10 A/B variants), like the last post, withdraw an invitation and find an email or phone number, plus two conditions: "Invitation accepted" within a number of days, and a condition on a lead's field. A reply ends that lead's sequence.
- **Limits per account.** By default 30 invitations and 30 new conversations a day when the account has Premium or Sales Navigator, 20 otherwise, and 20 profile visits (capped at 30). Each action is spaced at a random interval inside the campaign's working hours.
- **Teams.** One workspace, one team per client or market, each with its own LinkedIn accounts, signals, campaigns, leads and inbox. Inviting teammates is free: "only LinkedIn accounts use seats."
- **No double contact.** A team blacklist is checked before every send.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** €59 a month per connected account (about $66), or €590 a year, with no tiers. Each account includes 500 credits a month, one per lead that matches your ideal customer; lists you import straight into a campaign, such as an Expandi export, use no credits. Each team runs up to 5 signals at once. The 7-day trial needs a card and charges nothing before it ends; it includes 20 credits, one LinkedIn account and 3 signals. Every plan detail is on the [pricing page](https://getsendable.io/pricing).

On safety, Expandi wins: it gives each account a dedicated IP and warms new profiles up automatically, and Sendable does neither. The case for Sendable is not the sending; it is that **the leads come qualified**.

**Best for:** founders, small sales teams and agencies whose problem is the list, not the sender, and who are happy on LinkedIn alone. The case studies give [four companies' numbers, with the outreach run by Sendable's team](https://getsendable.io/case-studies).

**Limits:** no email step, no InMail, no proxy setting and no warm-up. The full list is [below](#where-sendable-falls-short-next-to-expandi).

## 6. HeyReach

![HeyReach pricing on November 3, 2026: Growth at $79 per sender, Agency at $999 for 25 senders, Unlimited at $2,999](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/heyreach-pricing.webp)

[HeyReach](https://www.heyreach.io/pricing) is built for many LinkedIn accounts on one bill: "Unlimited senders, one flat monthly fee", sending rotated between accounts, a unified inbox and workspaces with permissions, and its FAQ says it does not charge "for adding team mates, VAs, clients or users". The Growth plan gives "a dedicated residential proxy to each of the LinkedIn senders", while Agency and Unlimited "require you to bring your own proxies". Its [help center](https://help.heyreach.io/en/articles/10493916-what-kind-of-action-steps-can-be-used-in-heyreach-sequence) lists InMail, profile, like and email-finder steps and two conditions, "If connected" and "Open profile check". It finds nobody itself: "Import relevant LinkedIn contacts from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or any other tool", and email runs through "native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead, and EmailBison".

**Price (checked November 3, 2026):** Growth at $79 per sender a month, or $64 on yearly billing; the price calculator drops every sender to $59 once you pick 10, so 9 senders cost $711 and 10 cost $590. Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders, Unlimited at $2,999. 14-day trial with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no card.

**Best for:** agencies and sales teams leaving Expandi's Agency quote for a public price, past 10 accounts. My [HeyReach alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/heyreach-alternatives) guide compares it with the other agency tools.

**Limits:** email and lead finding are other subscriptions, the proxy is included only on Growth, and its help center asks you to warm up new accounts by hand.

## 7. Waalaxy

![Waalaxy pricing seen from the United States on November 3, 2026: Pro $19, Advanced $39, Business $69 per user](https://getsendable.io/images/resources/heyreach-alternatives/waalaxy-pricing.webp)

[Waalaxy](https://www.waalaxy.com/pricing) is the cheapest start, "Trusted by 200,000+ sales reps, founders, and teams", and its [help center](https://intercom.help/waalaxy/en/articles/15587366-waalaxy-is-now-fully-cloud-based) says it has run fully in the cloud since July 1, 2026. Campaigns use ready-made sequences: "It's not possible to add or remove an action from a model, nor can you create one from scratch", and its own [comparison with Expandi](https://www.waalaxy.com/comparisons/waalaxy-vs-expandi) marks "Scenarios with conditions" as "no" for Waalaxy. Auto-imports add the people who visited your profile, commented on a post or sent you an invitation, every 12 hours. Each day's quota is a random 80% to 100% of your maximum, inside your working hours. Business adds cold email and LinkedIn plus email campaigns; the API, Make, Zapier and n8n start on Advanced.

**Price (checked November 3, 2026), as shown to a visitor in the United States:** Pro at $19 per user a month (300 invitations a month), Advanced $39 (800), Business $69 (800, with email), or $16, $32 and $55 billed yearly. Visitors in Europe see euro prices instead. The LinkedIn inbox is an add-on at €20 a month. The 14-day trial needs a card, and its help center warns: "No reminder is sent before your first charge." A free plan, Freemium, keeps your data but runs no automation.

**Best for:** a founder or a freelancer with one account and a small budget, who is happy with ready-made sequences.

**Limits:** no sequence builder and no InMail ("Waalaxy does not support sending InMails"), 300 invitations a month on Pro, and a manual warm-up: its help center asks for 200 to 300 connections before you automate. The [Waalaxy alternatives](https://getsendable.io/resources/waalaxy-alternatives) guide prices its replacements at their real cost.

## What each Expandi alternative costs at 1, 3, 5 and 10 accounts

| Sendable | €59 (about $66) | €177 (about $198) | €295 (about $330) | €590 (about $660) |
| HeyReach | $79 | $237 | $395 | $590 |
| Waalaxy (Pro, US) | $19 | $57 | $95 | $190 |

Read the Expandi line honestly: at one account, only Skylead costs more, by a dollar. **Dripify Pro and HeyReach save $20 a seat at every size**, and at 10 accounts HeyReach costs $590 against $990. Meet Alfred's LinkedIn Only plan covers one person, so from 3 accounts it means its Agency plan at $79 a seat.

The prices do not buy the same thing. Expandi, Dripify, Skylead and La Growth Machine include email on these plans, Meet Alfred from Multi-Channel and Waalaxy on Business; Skylead, La Growth Machine and Sendable include a way to find the people; HeyReach includes neither, so its honest line adds a list source and an email tool. Yearly billing changes the order too: Expandi drops to $79, Dripify to $59, HeyReach to $64, and Sendable bills €590 a year per account.

## How to move from Expandi to another tool

The same six steps work whatever you pick. Move one account first, check a week of results, then move the rest.

1. **Time the cancellation.** Expandi's terms make fees non-refundable and end a cancelled subscription at the end of the paid period. Cancel close to your renewal date, not the day you start a trial elsewhere, and on annual billing plan the switch around the renewal.
2. **Export before you cancel.** Expandi says "your campaign data belongs to you" and lets you export it as CSV or through webhooks. Keep each campaign's leads, the text and delays of every step, your blacklist, and the tags on conversations you are still working. The conversations themselves stay on LinkedIn.
3. **Disconnect the account from Expandi before connecting it elsewhere.** Two tools acting on one account at once is the fastest way to double your daily volume.
4. **Start below your old volumes.** A new tool does not know your account's history. Set its daily limits below what you ran on Expandi for the first week, then raise them. In Sendable, the defaults are 20 or 30 invitations a day depending on Premium.
5. **Exclude the people you already contacted.** In Sendable, import the exported leads straight into a campaign (no AI check, no credits), paste your Expandi blacklist into the team blacklist, and turn on the signal exclusions for people already in your inbox or already contacted.
6. **Rebuild only the branches that earned replies.** Expandi's campaign statistics show which step converts. Copy that path first rather than every campaign type.

## Will another tool keep your LinkedIn account safer?

Not by itself. LinkedIn's help page on [prohibited software](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says it does not "permit the use of any third party software, including "crawlers", bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on LinkedIn's website", and that members who use them "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down." Every tool on this page acts on LinkedIn, Expandi included, and none publishes its restriction rate.

What lowers the risk is the same everywhere: low daily volumes, a slow start on a new profile, an audience you reviewed, and messages a person would actually send. A dedicated IP helps LinkedIn see a consistent location; it does not make 100 invitations a day safe. Expandi's own lead generation page says its users "typically send around 100 connection requests per account per week". The guide to [safe LinkedIn automation](https://getsendable.io/resources/is-linkedin-automation-safe) explains each lever.

## How to choose an Expandi alternative

Sort yourself into one of these situations.

**You like Expandi's setup and want it cheaper.** Dripify Pro at $79, or $59 on annual billing, with a dedicated IP, conditions and email. Meet Alfred at $59 if one account with a dedicated IP is enough.

**Email matters as much as invitations.** Skylead for unlimited mailboxes and warm-up in the seat, La Growth Machine for one sender on both channels. If email leads and LinkedIn follows, lemlist, left out above because it needs its Chrome extension for LinkedIn.

**You run 10 accounts or more.** HeyReach, $590 for 10 senders, or Skylead's first-year Agency price of $999 for 25 seats.

**Your replies are low because the list is wrong.** Sendable, to find people from LinkedIn signals and check each against your ideal customer. La Growth Machine Pro if you also need email and its database.

**You are one person on a small budget.** Waalaxy, from $19 a month.

**Choose none of these if** the risk to your LinkedIn account is the problem: a slower manual routine, or a lead source plus manual sending, fits better than another automation tool.

## Where Sendable falls short next to Expandi

The limits that matter if you are leaving Expandi, in my own words:

- **No dedicated IP and no warm-up.** Sendable has no proxy setting and no automatic warm-up for new profiles. You set daily limits by hand, from defaults of 20 or 30.
- **LinkedIn only.** No email step and no InMail step. Expandi, Dripify, Skylead and La Growth Machine send email in the same sequence, and so do Meet Alfred and Waalaxy on their higher plans.
- **No image or GIF personalization**, and no Mobile Connector equivalent.
- **Inbox by account.** You [read one account at a time](https://getsendable.io/linkedin-shared-inbox), where Expandi merges every account and email address in one view.
- **No public API.** No REST API, webhooks, Zapier or Make. Sendable has an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, CSV exports, Slack alerts and CRM sync with HubSpot and Attio, where Expandi also syncs Pipedrive and Salesforce.
- **The trial needs a card.** Expandi's does not, though both start charging when the trial ends unless you cancel.

## When to stay with Expandi

Stay with Expandi if your sequences already convert and your accounts run clean. Its Mobile Connector campaign, which uses LinkedIn's separate mobile invitation limit, appears on no other pricing page here, its warm-up is automatic, and rebuilding working campaigns costs weeks.

It is also the better pick when:

- you rent or create new sender profiles and want the warm-up handled for you;
- you search with Recruiter Lite filters or Boolean search, two of its nine lead sources;
- your CRM is Pipedrive or Salesforce and the sync already works;
- you are on annual billing at $79 a seat, the same as Dripify Advanced on annual.

If those describe you, switching buys you little more than a lower invoice.

## Our verdict: which Expandi alternative fits which situation

- **The same safety setup for less:** Dripify, $79 a seat, or $99 with team management.
- **Email at scale and image personalization in the seat:** Skylead, $100 a seat.
- **A mobile proxy and intent signals, LinkedIn and email from one sender:** La Growth Machine, €120 (about $134) on Pro.
- **A dedicated IP for $59 a month, or X next to LinkedIn and email:** Meet Alfred.
- **Leads found on LinkedIn and checked by AI:** Sendable, €59 per account.
- **10 accounts or more on one bill:** HeyReach, $590 for 10 senders.
- **The lowest price for one person:** Waalaxy, $19 a month.
- **Working campaigns, the Mobile Connector and an automatic warm-up you rely on:** stay with Expandi.

Whichever you pick, run the trial on one account with the same list and the same message you used on Expandi, and compare the replies, not the feature grids.

## FAQ

### What is the best Expandi alternative?

It depends on why you leave. Dripify keeps a dedicated IP, conditions and email for $79 a seat. Skylead adds unlimited email accounts and image personalization for $100. La Growth Machine adds a mobile proxy and intent signals. Meet Alfred gives a dedicated IP for $59. HeyReach is cheaper past 10 accounts. Sendable finds and qualifies the leads; I build it, so test it yourself.

### How much does Expandi cost?

On November 3, 2026, its pricing page lists Business at $99 per seat a month, or $79 a month on annual billing, which it describes as 2 months free. The Agency plan, for 10 or more seats or white label, is priced on a sales call. Image and GIF personalization costs extra.

### Is there a cheaper alternative to Expandi?

Yes. Dripify Pro costs $79 a seat with a dedicated IP, conditions and email, HeyReach $79 a sender and $59 from 10, and Meet Alfred $59 for one seat with a dedicated IP. Waalaxy starts at $19 a month, with 300 invitations a month on Pro. Sendable costs €59 (about $66) per account, without email.

### Is there a free alternative to Expandi?

Not for automated outreach. Waalaxy's free Freemium plan keeps your data but runs no automation, and the others sell trials: Dripify and Meet Alfred 7 days without a card, La Growth Machine 14 days without a card, HeyReach 14 days with 3 accounts and no card, Waalaxy 14 days with a card, Skylead 7 days, and Sendable 7 days with a card, charged nothing before it ends.

### Does Expandi's free trial need a credit card?

No. Expandi's lead generation page says the account goes live "within two minutes" and that "no credit card required" applies to the 7-day trial. Its terms add that unless you cancel before the end of the trial, "the applicable subscription will automatically commence", and its fees are non-refundable, so note the end date.

### Can Expandi get my LinkedIn account banned?

It can, like every tool here. Expandi gives each account a dedicated IP, a warm-up and limit ranges, but LinkedIn prohibits automation software and Expandi's terms say it is not responsible for any restriction LinkedIn imposes. Keep volumes low, start slowly and write messages a person would send.

### Is Expandi better than Dripify?

For some setups. Expandi has a Mobile Connector campaign, image personalization, an automatic profile warm-up and native sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. Dripify documents a dedicated IP, conditions, InMails and email for $79 a seat instead of $99, and its trial ends without charging you.

### Can I move my Expandi campaigns to another tool?

Plan on rebuilding them. Export your leads, steps and blacklist as CSV before cancelling, disconnect each account from Expandi first, then rebuild the sequence in the new tool and exclude the people you already contacted. Your conversations stay on LinkedIn.
