# Best Outbound Agencies in Europe (2026): 12 Ranked on How They Find Warm Leads

> Twelve agencies that run LinkedIn and email outbound for B2B companies, scored on five things each agency's own site documents, with the prices they publish.

## TL;DR

- An outbound agency builds your prospect lists, writes and sends the LinkedIn and email sequences, and books meetings for your sales team. The good ones contact people when something has just happened at their company (a hire, a funding round, a visit to your site) instead of working through a cold list.
- I scored 12 European agencies on five checks from their own sites: buying signals, LinkedIn and email in the same campaign, results pushed into your CRM, separate sending domains, and a system you keep at the end.
- Youno (France) is the only one that documents all five. devlo (Switzerland), Sopro (UK), Let's Fearlessly Grow (UK) and Hack'celeration (France) document four.
- Seven agencies publish a price. The lowest is Lalaleads at €1,500 excl. VAT a month; the highest published entry point is devlo at CHF 4,500 a month.
- If you only need LinkedIn and want to keep outbound in-house, a signal-based tool costs a fraction of an agency retainer (see the section on Sendable below).

The best outbound agency in Europe for warm leads in 2026 is [**Youno**](https://www.youno.fr/service/agence-outbound), a French GTM and RevOps agency that starts every sequence from a buying signal, runs LinkedIn and email together, writes results into your CRM, sends from separate domains and hands the whole system over at the end of the mission.

I compared 12 agencies on five things each agency's own website documents. A check counts only if the site says it; "not stated" means I couldn't find it on the pages I read, which doesn't prove the agency doesn't do it.

**My verdict:** most agencies can send a clean sequence, so pick one by how it decides who to contact and by what you keep when the contract ends.

The score says how much of a warm-lead outbound system the agency documents. It says nothing about message quality or the meetings you'll get, and nobody can measure those from outside.

## How I ranked these agencies

An agency made the list if it sells done-for-you B2B outbound, runs LinkedIn and email, and shows a base in Europe on its own site. Software vendors that also sell services were left out. Each agency then earned one point per check its site documents:

- **Buying signals.** The site names at least one event that decides who gets contacted: hiring, funding, a job change, a visit to your website, engagement on LinkedIn.
- **LinkedIn and email in the same campaign.** Both channels work on the same people in one sequence, instead of being sold as two separate services.
- **Your CRM.** Leads, replies or meetings land in your own CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio...).
- **Separate sending domains.** Emails go out from secondary domains, or the site says your main domain is protected.
- **You keep the system.** At the end you keep the accounts, the data, the playbook, or you're trained to run it yourself.

**Ties:** they go first to the agency that names its signals, because that's how it finds warm leads, then to the one that publishes a price, then to the alphabet.

## 1. Youno

[Youno](https://www.youno.fr/service/agence-outbound) is a French GTM and RevOps agency, and outbound is one of its six services, next to RevOps, CRM, go-to-market, inbound and ABM. Its approach starts from your total addressable market: it keeps the companies that match your ideal customer, then waits for a signal before anyone gets a message. The signals listed on its site are hiring, funding rounds, headcount growth, job changes, tool adoption, visits to your website (identified with Snitcher) and exposure to your LinkedIn ads (identified with Fibbler).

Sourcing and enrichment run in Cargo, and sequences go out with lemlist across email, LinkedIn and phone. Its site sets a few writing rules: the first email stays under 110 words, opens on a precise observation about the company, ends with a question, and each follow-up brings a new angle. It contacts one person per company and sends from domains set up for prospecting, so your main domain stays out of it.

Before the first sequence, Youno cleans the CRM (duplicates, contacts without a company, invalid emails) and excludes your customers and open deals, so no sequence reaches a company your sales team is already talking to. Opportunities then land in HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive or Salesforce, scored, with the signal that triggered the first message. The mission ends with documentation and training on sequences, signals, scoring and CRM cleaning rules, so the system runs without the agency.

The ABM offer, Loop, warms up target accounts before outreach: Youno promotes your best LinkedIn posts to the decision-makers of your target accounts, picks up those who engaged, then contacts them with a message that refers to what they saw.

**Price:** on quote, after a free first workshop.

**Published figures:** the site claims 40+ clients, reply rates of 8 to 15% on signal-based campaigns against 2 to 3% for classic cold email, and, on Loop, 1,500 to 2,000 contacts reached a month with 3 to 4% contact-to-meeting conversion. These are Youno's own figures.

**Best for:** B2B companies with a CRM and a sales team who want outbound built on signals and want to own the system afterwards.

## 2. devlo

[devlo](https://devlo.ch/en) runs outsourced B2B outbound from target accounts to qualified meetings, through cold email, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and cold calling. It names its signals: hiring, funding, a tool change, expansion, a new office. Its CRM and deliverability service sets up secondary domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and warm-up to protect your main domain. Its 90-day pilot ends with a system handover, and it trains SDRs.

It names Clay, lemlist and Sales Navigator, with data from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism and Crunchbase. Its office is in Lausanne, with a US entity in Albuquerque, and the site runs in French, English, German and Dutch for Switzerland, Belgium, France and DACH.

**Price:** managed program from CHF 4,500 a month; the "Switzerland B2B pipeline system" pilot is CHF 36,000 for 90 days.

**Best for:** companies selling into Switzerland, Belgium, France or DACH that want named signals and a handover date.

**Limits:** it sets up HubSpot and Salesforce, but the site doesn't say campaign results are pushed into your CRM. The highest published entry price on this list.

## 3. Sopro

[Sopro](https://sopro.io) runs end-to-end B2B prospecting from Brighton, with offices in Skopje and a US representative in Miami. It combines its own contact data with email, LinkedIn, display ads and gifting, plus intent tracking (IP Match identifies companies visiting your site), ABM, webchat and a reporting portal. It connects to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho, and its site says the data it gives you is yours to download and keep.

Founded in 2015, Sopro says it has over 300 employees.

**Price:** its pricing page says plans start at around £3K a month, with no minimum contract.

**Best for:** companies that want volume, several channels and website-visitor intent in one managed service.

**Limits:** nothing on its site about sending domains or protecting yours.

## 4. Let's Fearlessly Grow

[Let's Fearlessly Grow](https://www.letsfearlesslygrow.io/) (LFG), based in London, builds AI-personalized outbound over email and LinkedIn, targeted on intent. Its site counts more than 77 signals across funding, hiring, tech stacks and partnerships. It sends from brand-safe domains with warm-up, connects to HubSpot and Salesforce, and names Smartlead, Clay, WarmForge and Zapier. It sells two formats: done-for-you, or workshops so your team runs it in-house.

**Price:** no price grid; the ROI calculator on its homepage shows monthly ranges from £2k to £3.5k up to £7.5k to £10k+, per-meeting fees included.

**Best for:** teams that want intent-based outbound and might bring it in-house later through the workshops.

**Limits:** email and LinkedIn are both listed, but the site doesn't say they run in the same sequence.

## 5. Hack'celeration

[Hack'celeration](https://hackceleration.com/fr/agence/outbound) is a French agency registered in La Rochelle. It handles the ideal customer profile, lists, deliverability, cold email and LinkedIn sequences in the same cadence, and routes replies to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio. It sends from dedicated domains so your main domain is never at risk, and the domains and accounts are in your name from day one, with a documented playbook and SDR training.

It names Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, lemlist and Instantly, and tools are billed to you directly by the vendors.

**Price:** from €2,000.

**Best for:** a first outbound program at a lower price, where everything stays in your name.

**Limits:** its targeting uses a "trigger" criterion but doesn't name which events. The company was registered in December 2025.

## 6. SalesCaptain

[SalesCaptain](https://salescaptain.io), based in London, runs multichannel outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, SMS), inbound-led outbound, CRM enrichment and LinkedIn social selling, with Clay and AI workflows. It uses intent and funding data to target, and triggers outreach on inbound leads. It works with HubSpot, Salesforce "and all major CRMs" and says it protects your domain health.

It names Clay, Reply, lemlist, HubSpot, Salesforce and Slack, and says it has 80+ people in demand generation and more than 60 client organizations, across the US and Europe.

**Price:** not public.

**Best for:** companies that want outbound and follow-up on their own inbound leads from one agency.

**Limits:** the site doesn't describe how LinkedIn and email combine in a sequence, and says nothing about a handover.

## 7. Arvana

[Arvana](https://www.arvana.io), in Berlin, sells two things: signal-based outreach and paid ads. Its outreach runs sequences on email and LinkedIn at the same time, from lists enriched with AI and scraping and checked against your CRM or blacklist. It sends from secondary domains so your main domain stays protected, with warm-up, and connects directly to your CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).

It names Clay, Smartlead, Zapier, Make and OpenAI, and says it has 30+ people, 200+ active B2B clients and 5+ years in Berlin.

**Price:** a fixed monthly retainer with no long commitment; the amount isn't stated.

**Best for:** companies selling into the German-speaking market.

**Limits:** "signal-based" is in the offer name, but the site doesn't say which signals. Nothing on what you keep at the end.

## 8. Growth Room

[Growth Room](https://www.growthroom.co), in Paris, is a growth agency where outbound is one practice among ads, SEO and GEO, HubSpot, ABM and RevOps. Its outbound runs LinkedIn automation and then email when there's no reply, with contact databases and CRM setup. It's a certified HubSpot partner and also works on Salesforce and Pipedrive, and it trains your team on digital prospecting.

It names lemlist, Klaviyo and SEMrush, and says it has more than 50 five-star Google reviews.

**Price:** not public, no commitment.

**Best for:** companies that want outbound and other acquisition channels handled by the same team.

**Limits:** no signals named, and nothing on sending domains beyond "better deliverability" at setup.

## 9. LeadGem

[LeadGem](https://leadgem.nl), in Amsterdam, splits its work into RevOps (enrichment, CRM automations) and outbound and inbound: targeted lists, LinkedIn and email automation, signal-based prospecting on web and social keywords and on your website visitors, and inbound-led outbound. It's a Clay Certified Partner and also names Dealfront, La Growth Machine, Smartlead, n8n and OpenAI, with HubSpot and Pipedrive. One case study on its site: 20,000 HubSpot contacts enriched for Spacewell.

**Price:** not public.

**Best for:** teams that need their CRM data fixed in the same project as outbound.

**Limits:** nothing on sending domains or handover, and no detail on how the two channels combine.

## 10. Danish Lead Co.

[Danish Lead Co.](https://danishleadco.io), in Aarhus, sells fully managed outbound: cold email with coordinated LinkedIn follow-up to the same targets, from dedicated sending domains it rotates, with signal-based lead sourcing. It names Smartlead, Clay, Warmy and AI Ark. Founded in 2021 by Frederik Jakobsen, it says it has worked with 110+ B2B companies.

**Price:** $3,000 a month (Consistent Client System) or $4,995 (Scaled), usually $3,000 to $6,000, with a 3-month minimum.

**Best for:** companies that want a fixed monthly price for an email-led program.

**Limits:** signals aren't named, and the site says nothing about your CRM or what you keep.

## 11. Lalaleads

[Lalaleads](https://lalaleads.io), in Paris, runs multichannel B2B lead generation (email, LinkedIn, phone), outsourced SDRs and BDRs, and an ads offer. It calls back prospects who replied or clicked, syncs with your CRM and names La Growth Machine, lemlist, Phantombuster, Dropcontact, HubSpot, n8n and Zapier.

**Price:** Full digital from €1,500 excl. VAT a month, Multichannel from €2,400 excl. VAT a month, or €350 excl. VAT per meeting plus €990 setup.

**Best for:** French companies that want to pay per meeting.

**Limits:** the site describes no signals, no shared sequence, no sending-domain setup and no handover. Its .com domain is parked; use lalaleads.io.

## 12. LeadActiv

[LeadActiv](https://www.leadactiv.fr), with a team in Annecy and Lyon, runs outsourced B2B prospecting for small and mid-sized companies: targeting, email, LinkedIn, and warm calling (LeadActiv Call) on prospects who showed interest. Its site says your database belongs to you from day one, and it claims more than 1,000 campaigns since 2018.

**Price:** from €1,760 excl. VAT a month.

**Best for:** smaller French companies that want calls on engaged prospects and their data in their own hands.

**Limits:** no signals beyond engagement with its own campaigns, no CRM named and nothing on sending domains.

## What outbound agencies cost in Europe

Seven of the 12 publish a price, shown here in each agency's own currency.

| Agency | Published price | Commitment |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------- |

| LeadActiv | From €1,760 excl. VAT a month | Not stated |

| Sopro | Around £3K a month | No minimum contract |
| Danish Lead Co. | $3,000 or $4,995 a month | 3 months minimum |
| devlo | From CHF 4,500 a month; 90-day pilot at CHF 36,000 | 90-day pilot |
| Let's Fearlessly Grow | Calculator ranges from £2k to £3.5k up to £7.5k to £10k+ a month | Not stated |

Youno, SalesCaptain, Arvana, Growth Room and LeadGem quote on request.

**What the price leaves out:** check whether the retainer includes data, sending tools and domains. Hack'celeration says tools are billed to you by the vendors; most sites don't say.

## Buying signals: what counts as one

A [buying signal](https://getsendable.io/resources/identify-buying-signals) is an event that gives you a reason to write to a company this week instead of next quarter. The agencies on this list name these:

| Signal | What it shows | Named by |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Hiring | A team is growing or a new role needs tools | Youno, devlo, LFG |
| Funding round | Budget just arrived | Youno, devlo, SalesCaptain, LFG |
| Job change | A new decision-maker reviews suppliers | Youno |
| Tool adoption or change | The stack is moving | Youno, devlo, LFG (tech stacks) |
| Website visit | The company is already looking at you | Youno (Snitcher), Sopro (IP Match), LeadGem |
| LinkedIn ad or post engagement | Someone saw and reacted to your content | Youno (Fibbler) |
| Expansion or new office | New market, new needs | devlo |

**How to test it on a call:** ask the agency which signal triggered the last ten messages it sent for a client, and where you would see it in your CRM. An agency that works on signals answers with a list.

## Agency or tool: when you don't need an agency

An agency makes sense when nobody on your team has time to build lists, write sequences, manage domains and follow replies. If one person can spend a few hours a week on it, a [buying signals tool](https://getsendable.io/resources/buying-signals-software) is cheaper.

| | Agency | Signal-based tool |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Who writes the messages | The agency | You |
| Channels | Usually email, LinkedIn, sometimes phone | Depends on the tool |
| Monthly cost | €1,500 to £10k+ on this list | Tens of euros per seat |
| What you keep | Depends on the contract (check 5 above) | Everything, it's your account |

What to automate in-house and what to keep by hand is covered in [outbound sales automation](https://getsendable.io/resources/outbound-sales-automation).

## Where Sendable fits

Sendable is the LinkedIn tool I build, so it isn't ranked here: it's software, and it doesn't send email. It watches LinkedIn for buying signals (profile visits, likes and comments on your posts, new followers on a company page, job offers and more), keeps the people who match the ideal customer you describe, and runs your LinkedIn outreach to them.

- **Pro, €59 a month per LinkedIn account** (launch price, €99 normally): you pick the signals and write the sequence, 500 credits a month, 5 signals at a time.
- **Done for you (human), €1,500 a month:** our team builds the lead lists and runs your LinkedIn outreach, with 700 connection requests a month, a follow-up call twice a month and a weekly report. It covers LinkedIn only, so if you need email in the same campaign, one of the agencies above is a better fit.

Both plans are on the [pricing page](https://getsendable.io/pricing).

## Agencies on other lists that are not ranked here

- **Punch! (UK):** a full-funnel outbound agency for mid-market and enterprise, with 90+ specialists, its own signal tools (HotSauce, Priority Intent) and five channels. It scored 0 because its site doesn't detail any of the five checks, which says more about its site than its work.
- **A-Sales (Sweden):** a phone-first agency where LinkedIn and email support the calls, so it's outside a LinkedIn and email ranking.
- **Match-day (Netherlands) and Experiment5M (Poland):** both run outbound, but their sites document none of the checks.
- **Operatix:** its service pages now redirect to memoryblue, a US company.
- **StraightIn (UK):** LinkedIn only, no email.
- **2besales (Germany):** manages executives' LinkedIn profiles, no outbound sequences.

## FAQ

### How much does an outbound agency cost in Europe?

On this list, published entry prices go from €1,500 excl. VAT a month (Lalaleads) to CHF 4,500 a month (devlo), and Let's Fearlessly Grow's calculator goes above £10k a month. Five agencies, including Youno, quote on request.

### Will the agency send emails from my company domain?

It shouldn't. Youno, devlo, Hack'celeration, Arvana, Danish Lead Co. and Let's Fearlessly Grow say they send from separate domains, which keeps your main domain's reputation out of cold email. Ask the others before signing.

### What do I keep when the contract ends?

Youno and devlo hand over the system with documentation and training, Hack'celeration puts domains and accounts in your name from day one, and Sopro and LeadActiv say the data is yours. Get it in the contract either way.

### Is LinkedIn outreach through an agency allowed?

LinkedIn's [User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) doesn't allow automated activity, and its help page on [prohibited software](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says members who use it risk having their accounts restricted. That applies to every agency and tool that automates LinkedIn messages, so ask how many invitations a day they send from your account. The settings that lower the risk are in [is LinkedIn automation safe](https://getsendable.io/resources/is-linkedin-automation-safe).

### Agency or in-house SDR?

An agency brings the setup (data, domains, sequences, tools) on day one. An in-house SDR takes longer to get going but keeps everything inside. The agencies that hand the system over (check 5) let you start with one and move to the other.
